He is Manik, if Nandini remembered, he definitely will. And him gifting those ear-rings says it much.

And it also justifies Maniks anger and hurt towards Nandini as he told her about Nyonika and yet this caused the distrust between them. I am sure that point will come lashing out tomorrow.
