Please suggest some title...i didn't find anything in my mind..my first attempt in writing..a little bit lengthy..enjoy reading (:
Monster Manik..was right now seemed like restless manik who can't let go the thoughts of his nandu from his mind.Just when he was buzy thinking about his nandu nd was worried about her..he heard someone knocking the door of his so called room which was alloted by Chudail Soha.Although he wasn't in a mood to talk to anybody but annoyingly he got up and opened the door.
Gosshh..!! Here she was again..with two glasses of wine which seemed like poison for manik right now which he wanted to make her drink.
"Is she literally psycho or she loves to make him insult her",he thought to himself making an irritating expression.
Whenever he saw Chudail Soha, her face just reminded him of those moments with his nandu which were spoiled by her.But right now he couldn't help himself. He tried his best not to let her come inside his room but as you know..the vamps find their way.She slightly pushed Manik's shoulder and made her way inside.He wished if his nandu was here and punched this chudail on her face for touching his monster.But he didn't know that his so called 'FRIEND' was hiding behind the pillar and was watching the whole drama of Soha. She already knew that Soha has spiked his Monster's drink.She was bursting out with anger and at the same time was being restless about the thought of what she is going to do next.
Soha kept the glasses on the table which was placed beside the bed and moved towards Manek who had a 'What-the-hell-is-this'
expression on his face.
"Manik!Why are you standing there ? I know u hadn't had your dinner so i thought of bringing this for u and we can also spend some time wid each other.Howz my idea?Come sit na"she told with an evilish smile in her face.
"Oh God !Yeh humesha se itni chutiya rahi hogi ya bas mere sath hi rehti hai aisi",Manik thought to himself.
"Umm..well thanks for your concern Soha but..having drink at this tym is not so cool idea..nd i feel lyk taking rest because i am feeling weary right now.So better I sleep and you also go and take rest!",he said trying to get rid of her as soon as possible.
"I know that you are tired and that is why i am here..lets have a drink and may be you will get a better sleep with more beautiful dreams",she said while imagining herself in manek's dream and handing over the spyked drink to him.
Manik immediately got a feeling of suspicion after hearing her words and moved his hand to take the glass of wine which she kept
for herself.She immediately stopped him and said in a hurry,"No !! Not this one!!".
Now Manik started getting sure about his suspicion.He slightly smiled and took the glass she offered him.She was eagerly waiting
for him to drink it when suddenly she heard his voice,"Umm Soha..i was thinking to have something to eat while drinking..I saw Hyderabadi biryani on the dinner table when you were offering dinner...its my favorite..can u please bring it for me..m really feeling hungry..u knw..not had something to eat since morning..if u can pleeease arrange it...for me..!",Manik said with a pleading
look and a sweet smile on his face.
"Uhh...yahh..sure..i knew its your favorite dish thats why I ordered to prepare it..just wait for sum minutes..i have to go to the kitchen..
i'll be back with it..till then u can sit",she said as she hurried to the kitchen.She was happy that Manik is falling in her trap and soon
she'll be in his arms.
Meanwhile Nandini had so many feeling prevailing in her mind.She was furious on Soha's plan.She was worried for Manik and his safety.
She was a little bit jealous too that Manik was being so polite to her."What is Manik upto!Why is he being so polite to Soha?And now he
wants to eat biryani with her!And this karamjali has no limits..so cheap!",thought the possessive Nandini.
While she was buzy thinking and waiting for Soha to return ,she wasn't able to see that on Soha's absence Manik had exchanged the wine glasses.
Soha returned with a plate of biryani and grinning with happiness that today Manik will not b able to stop him.She saw Manik sitting on the sofa,waiting for her.(we all know he isn't waiting for her,he's jzt planning how to get rid of her :P)She placed the biryani on the table and sat beside Manek..too close than casually anybody sits.
"Here's your biryani!Now can we have the drink?",she asked.
"Ladies first!",Manik said,his eyes still having suspicion.
"Sure..anything for u!Cheers!"she said overjoyed with Manik's sudden changed attitude towards her.She drunk the whole glass of wine in one sip.
"Now its your turn baby!"she said lustily slightly moving towards him.She wasn't aware that she was slowly becoming unconcious and her eyes were blinking.
Manik noticed this sudden change in her body language.He slowly lifted his glass towards his lips to drink the wine when suddenly he heard a voice,"No Manik!!". A voice which was the most familiar one to him.The voice he wants to hear throughout his entire life. The voice he wants to hear every morning before starting his day.He stood and turned behind to see and..yes...it was Nandini !He stood there shocked as well as surprised to see her there.
"Nandini!",he asked while rubbing his eyes to make sure that he's not hallucinating.
"What are you doing here?",he said as she moved towards him with a furious at the same time worried face.
"First you tell me..what you were going to do right now? You know what may have happened to you? This is the way you take care of yourself which you promised me?..",She questioned him in a motherly tone.
Manik realised that Nandini is upset to see him with Soha but still he had the confusion that how she came here and for what.
"Ok calm down..listen..it is not like what you are thinking..Soha just came to my room for a drink when i suspect...",then suddenly they both realised Soha's presence in the room.How can they be so busy in their own world that they forgot that Soha was present there.
They both turned to Soha and they saw her lying on the sofa unconscious.They both were shocked.
"What happened to her?",asked Manik in disbelief.
"I know!",said Nandini.
Manik looked at her with 'Break-the-suspense-now' look.
Nandini recited him the whole story about how she heard Soha talking to herself and how she hid behind the luggage and came here.Manik was dumbstruck shocked.He , for minute admired her and thought,"To what extent can this girl go to protect me!Whenever I set a limit in my mind ,she breaks it!She is really my star!".
"But i don't understand how she drank the glass which she spyked for you!",said nandini, breaking manik's thoughts.
"Coz i exchanged the glasses when she went to the kitchen!I had a suspicion..thats why!",he said with a little bit of pride in his eyes.
Hearing his words Nandini suddenly realised to what she did today.A girl who alwayz had logic for everything and always took every single step after thinking today hid in the luggage like a thief to protect his man or so called 'FRIEND'.She felt embarrassed and was avoiding
an eye-contact wid Manik.He understood her hesitation and smirked.He moved towards her , moved her hand to lift her chin up to make their eyes meet.But Nandini interrupted,"Manik we should take Soha to her room na..we can't let her lie here!",she said slowly.
"Uhh..yahh..let ME take her to her room!",he said while emphasizing on the word 'ME'.
"No no..i'll help u!",she said denying her idea.
"Nahi nahi..i can manage nan...",he said in a teasing manner when she interrupted him and said,"I said na..i'll help!".
Now Manik realised that it is no more safe to tease his sherni so he agreed ,still admiring her innocent face which curently had a jealous
expression on it.
They both made Soha lay down in her room and returned to their room(i knw its manik's room but it feels so good to call it 'their room' u knw wht i mean).
Nandini entered the room still embarassed and scared at how manik will react now and manik entered after her.He slowly closed the door and locked it.For a minute , there was silence in the room...then Manik was first to break it.
"Uhm..umm..to ?",he said with an questioning tone.
"What to?",she asked jzt taking a look of him for a second and again looking here and there.
"To ab kya krna hai?",he asked playfully still maintaining a serious face.
"Abb..umm..ab main jati hun.",she said biting her lips still confused at what she said.
Manik - What..! R uh serious ! Tum kahin ghar jane ki bat to nhi kr rhi na?
Nandini - Haan..ghar hi jaane ki bat kr rhi.
M- Aur tumhe lagta hai ki main tumhe jane dunga ?
N - To tumhe lagta hai ki tum mujhe rok skte ho ?
M - Of course..not a big deal..don't challenge me!
N - Of course i m challenging uh !
M - Listen...i don't wanna argue right now..tum nhi jaogi..bas !
N - Nandini Moorthy kabhi nhi haarti..main jaungi..bas !
M - Nandini...!(he said being irritated) huh..okay..main haar maanta hun..bas(he lifted his hands)ab yeh baat khtm kare ?
N - Han..nw i can think about it.
Nandini said playfully.Now she was a bit relieved of her embarassment feeling. Manik signalled her to sit on the sofa.They both sat down.Manik was continuosly staring at her and she was getting nervous.He then slightly moved to sit just beside her to remove the distance between them.
She didn't protest.Now there was nothing between them except the 'FRIENDS' tag which was imposed by his so called 'FRIEND'.Each and every time he thought about it he got irritated.
Suddenly nandini spoke,"Umm..Manik..woh..mujhe"
He smirked while seeing her nervous yet innocent face.
"Ab agar tumne sharma liya ho to aage b bolo",he said..."Bolo b..",he said after a slight pause and no response.
"Wo mujhe bhookh lagi hai..subah se kuch nhi khaya!",she said with a puppy face.
Manik's expression changed..he laughed and thought..how could anyone b so innocent..he thought to himself.Then he saw the Biryani kept in the table.He took the plate and offered it to her.Rather than taking the plate she opened her mouth as if she wanted Manik to make her eat.
He didn't waste tym and started feeding her and watched her eat.She ate like a baby whom Manik handled with so much care and love.As they finished nandini asked for water,he said let me bring it from the kitchen.He went.Nandini stood up and went near the window and started gazing the stars.The stars which alwayz reminded her of him."So beautiful they are",she said to herself.
"Not more than my 'FRIEND' who is right now with me",said Manik who was standing behind her with a glass of water.She turned behind in excitement which made the water in fall on Nandini's dress.They both looked upon each other for a minute and then burst out laughing.After a while Nandini realised that Manik was gazing at her.She felt a little uncomfortable.Manik realised this and immediately took off his eyes from her.
"Umm..u go and change...i'll give u somthing to wear"said Manik,hesitantly.
The scene of manik bathroom where they both were wet and Manik gave Nandini his shirt to wear popped on both of their minds.They both blushed.
"Umm..if u hav something long to wear then it'll be better",she said embarassed at her words.Manik smirked and thought somthing.
"Wait ! I have an idea...lets go to Soha's room..she must be unconscious..we can easily take a dress from her wardrobe!",said Manik.
"Ohkay..but only i'll go..not you..her wardrobe may have something else too",and by saying that she left immediately so that she doesn't have to make an eye contact with him.
"This girl...she is totally crazy",he said laughing.
Manik was restlessly waiting for her.After about ten minutes she opened the door.Manik was amazed wid what he saw.Nandini was wearing a black dress which was up to her knees and some more.It was a loose dress and was having sleek sleeves.May be Soha used it as a night dress.She looked beautiful even while wearing her night dress.Manik stood up and started taking steps towards her..she started moving backwards until she hit the wall.Manik was now jst half step away from her.He moved more close to her.She tried to escape from the left but he kept his hand on the wall.Then she moved towards the right and turned away from Manik.Now Manik could see her bare back which could be clearly seen through her backless dress.He held her by both his hands which were searching there direction to reach her stomach from behind just then she pushed him with her hands and ran.But this tym Manik wasn't going to let her go so easily so he ran behind her.After a tom n jerry show both landed on the bed.
They were laughing when they realised the situation.Manik was lying below Nandini.Nandini had her palm on Manik's chest which was now covered by his green vest.He slowly moved his hand towards her face to move the strands of hair on her mesmerising face.
"Manik",she whispered.
"Hmmm",he said while caressing her face.
"U remember na..we r..",she whispered again when she was interrupted by him..
"FRIENDS..right?",he said but not with an irritating tone this tym and making way for his hand to her waist.It seemed he was not in a mood of allowing Nandini Moorthy to spoil their moment.
Hearing his word she moved closer to his ears and whispered ,"If u remember..thn its ok!" by saying this she kept her head on his chest and closed her eyes as if she just wanted to relish this moment.The moment which was just theirs.The moment at which they wanted the tym to stop.It was THEIR moment.
After a few minutes of silence Manik spun Nandini around and laid over her.They both were just gazing each other.He started coming closer to her.He was about to kiss her when Nandini kept her palm on his lips.He smirked.He slowly removed her palm and placed it below his own palm and both of their fingers crossed.He again leaned to kiss her , this tym on her cheek.
"Manik!",she whispered again to stop him.
"Shhh...friends can kiss each other's cheeks",he said softly as he kissed her left cheek.He then moved to have the right one.This time she didn't protest.He took a peck of her right cheek.He then moved towards her forehead when again she interrupted by taking his name may to make her last attempt to stop him.
"Shhh...friends are alowed to kiss each other's forehead",he again excused himself as he took another peck on her forhead.
And suddenly she didn't realised and manik placed a kiss on her neck.A sudden feeling flowed throughout her body.Although she loved that feeling but it was against the rules of their "FRAAANDSHIP".So she pulled him closer to her and said,"Friends don't kiss on each other's neck..cheater!"
He smiled nd said,"That was my fees..to not break the rules of our FRIENDSHIP!".
She left him nd started blushing...she was blushing so much that she didn't know what to rply so she said,"Umm Manik...m feeling cold".
He again smiled at her innocence nd not wasting any tym..he took out the blanket and placed it to cover her and himself and laid down beside her.Now he was facing nandu and was resting his elbow on the pillow.She kept on staring him as if he was a criminal.
"What? I just want my FRIEND to feel cozy nd comfortable.And by the way..friends share thier blanket!",nd by saying this he again escaped from answering her and made a puppy face and smiled sweetly.By seeing him smile like a baby Nandini's whole anger vanished.
She turned towards him,placed her arms around his arms ,buried her face on his chest and said,"M feeling sleepy now,tomorrow u drop me home,nw good night".
Manik was astonished to see her like this.Although he was having the best feeling of his life today but still he was confused about the sudden change of nandu's behaviour so he placed his arms around her waist nd slightly whispered,"Ahem ahem.."
"What! Friends can sleep on each other's arms na!",she smiled looking at him for a second making him smile more than her,rested her face on his chest again and slept peacefully.
