Being a Diehard Mananian myself... I will answer first:

I think the moment Nandhini says his name in her prayers...it was the no Turning Back point for Manik...He was in Love...True Love...it was no longer just attraction...even the Fireflies recognise the fact and glow...

I think the moment when Nandhini sees him sacrificing his chance at Musicana to take care of her brother...I think she fell in Love with him...from that moment forward her body language changed for him...she wouldnt cringe anymore when he touched her...or came close to her...she would look him in the eye...and stare him down...she knew sub-conciously that she loved him...

Now My Friends please share your views on the Moments when Love was born in these couple of SweetHearts...

But I think MAnik started falling in love with NAndini long before when Nandini fell on him and kissed him accidently...he just didnt know then and lashed out at Nandini being confused...From then on Manik started seeing Nandini in different light...

for manik same i think when she included him in her prayers and also the next day when he asks her how can u be sure nothing happened between us if u cant remember and she replies i trust u...that moment maniks expression was priceless..coz he always said love means trust after his breakup with alya
