Nandini said 10 years back they met with an accident but she said Rishab is having treatment from 6 years in Mangalore...then where were they for 4 years ...they were also in the hospital bcz she said she cudn't move after the accident

In " Mithi Boliya " song seq...they showed some shorts where only Manik n Nandini were singing the song...was it just for us or Manik was thinking/imagining the song with Nandini

After the accident nandhu and Rishab were immediately sent to her Amamma...actually it should have been Naanamma...as you said correctly...good find...maybe the treatment was started a little late...it might have been not so severe in starting...

No Manik was at that time only hating her...not falling for her...despite the chemistry shown to us in the song...

hmm possible... when i saw Manik was staring Nandu while she was talking to an old man in the Orphanage...dont know he was falling for her or he was looking at her in anger

That made me this doubt
