Noors I don't think Nandini ever denied her feelings. Maybe she didn't confess to Manik directly but from the AbhiNi talk it's clear that she knows she it's lov. But she doesn't understand how can love bring about such pain and hurt, because the love she'd seen between her mom and dad, the concept of love she's developed from that is supposed to give you only happiness. She just doesn't understand why it pains so much if it's love.

And knowing Baba, I'm sure he won't be having a sudden realization "Haan this is love" after a kiss. He is not that perceptive *facepalm* and unless he is able to figure it out no number of kisses will make MaNan alright.

I don't think Nandini expects only happy times in love. It's pretty clear from the first CabIni conversation that she knows love can hurt as well. It's probably just that the scale of this pain has scared the shit out of her. I mean, look at how much even we, the audience, are disturbed by her constant tears post-Musicana. The pain is immense. Then Manik almost lost his hand, his music, and she could only blame her own stubbornness for it, and the Gadha extraordinaire gave her no reassurance of any sort. So is it any wonder that she finally began to question everything about them, their 'love'? Everything about this is so at odds with her sensible, logical thought process.
