i watched it again dear...just notice Manik's face...Its a mirror image only even nandini is shown in mirror which is exactly opposite to the mirror where Manik is standing...

Manik always wears bracelet and a silver bangle on he's right hand...so this is deffo a reflection cuz the's hand with bracelet isn't in the sling.Manik is left handed and he's left hand was bruised.
