I am just not able to guess what does he say to her that makes her come back.

As manik has not accepted that it's love. So i don't think it would be love confession. It has to be something similar.

Yeah I've also noticed that...he deffo says something else when he says I swear.

And I don't think Nandini will run back to him over "I will never come after you again"

Let's see what the cv's have in store for us...Super Excited!😛

He will deffo threaten her..."I swear if you leave this time I won't follow the doctors instruction and if anything happens to my hand it will be all your fault" LOL!!!

This is more likely.. cos manik knows she will only listen to him when he scares her.. sweetly bath karu toh usse samaj mein nahi aati 😆
