Hey friends I am scarlett and new to this forum.I already written stories in other forums ,but discontinued some of them as i didn't get enough feedbacks.But after watching MaNan's chemistry i can't stop myself from writing this story.This story starts from the hospital scene after Manik is taken to the emergency ward ,but Rishab didn't get any attack.I hope you guys will like it.

MaNan FF: As Long As I Live
Nandini stood in the hospital looking at her hand which was held by Manik just few seconds back as tears rolled down her cheeks.She felt as if her own life was taken away from her the moment she left Manik's hand.she sat on the nearby chair and recalled every moment she spend with Manik as new tears formed in her eyes.After few seconds she wiped her tears and took her mobile out of her bag to call the Fab5 .After few seconds cabir attend the call.
''Hello cabir .This is Nandhini can you please come to city hospital with other''said Nandhini in a cracked voice.
''Nandhini why are you in the hospital .Are you alright?''asked cabir in a cncern tone.
''Hann cabir .I am fine but Ma..nik became unconsicious.''said Nandhini trying hard not to break down.
''What?.But he was fine this morning.ok Nandhini don't worry we will be there in 20 minutes''said cabir .
''Ok cabir ''said Nandhini and disconnected the call.
''God please save my Manik .I can never forgive myself if something happens to him''prayed Nadhini.
After 20 minutes the other reached the hospital and spotted Nadhini who was sitting broken on the chair .Cabir was the first to reach her and kept a hand on her shoulders.Nandhini looked at cabir as she wiped her tears.
''Nandhini how is Manik?''asked Cabir as other joined him.
''I don't know cabir .But from what doctor said he is not in a good condition.''said Nandhini with pain and guilt.
''But what happend to him?''asked a worried Mukthi.But before Nandhini could answer doctor came out and Nadhini rushed to him.
''Doctor how is my Manik ?''asked Nandhini in a desperate tone and the other except cabir was shock to hear ''My Manik'' from Nandhini.
''Manik is very serious condition now.A glass piece was inside the skin which caused the infection and it spread to his shoukders.We have to operate immediately otherwise we have to remove his hand.But even after the operation there will be chances that he can't play guitar anymore .so please call his parents soon and you can meet him once he gained conciousness''said the doctor leaving others .Nandhini stood there like someone snached her life as doctor's words continued to rang in her ears.Cabir saw her condition and it pained to see her like this as he know her pain well.He took Nandhini into a brotherly hug and finally she broke down in his arms returing his hug.
''Shhh Nandhini.He will be fine.''said cabir in a soft voice .
''Its all my fault cabir.He is in this state only coz of me.''said Nadhini in a teary voice.Cabir broke the hug and held her shoulder.
''Nandhini listen to me carefully .Its not your fault for Manik's condition ok.So stop blaming yourself .''said cabir wiping her tears.
''But cabir if i forgave him soon this would never happen .I was so stupid and stubborn cabir.If something happens to him i can never forgive myself ''said Nandhini .
''No Nandhini you are not stubborn or stupid .You are hurt and you have a right to be hurt after what Manik did .so stop blaming yourself .He is a fighter Nandhini and he will be fine.Now stop crying ''said Cabir and Nandhini nodded wiping her tears.Then both of them looked at the other who was looking them with shocked and confused expression.Nandhini thought she must leave them alone so cabir could explain.
''I will be back after informing chachi''said Nandhini and left the other.
''So cabir can you explain us now?''asked Mukthi .
''Guys first lets inform Niyonika then i will explain everything''said cabir and everyone nodded.After cabir finished the call he looked his friends .
''Ok guys i will explain everything''said cabir and explained every think from how Manik and Nandhini got close ,how Manik came to know about Dhruv's feeling ,how he broke up with Nandhini and finally how he kidnapped Nandhini to gain forgivness.As cabir finished explaining Dhruv stood there with anger and guily and Mukthi and Aaliya stood there shocked.
''I am going to kill Manik .Is he stupid ?How could he even think i will be happy with Nandhini if he is paining''said Dhruv.
''And i am going to kick his ass for keeping this from us ''said Mukthi .
''Guys guys guys .You can do anything once he is alright .But now we have to support Nandhini and make her feel comforable when she is with us .Afterall Manik is in love with her and i am sure Nandhini is a great girl and will make Manik happy''said Cabir to which others nodded.Just then Nandhini came back and Dhruv was the first to speak.
''Nandhini i am really sorry for what happened between you and Manik .If i came to know about you both i would never told anything to Manik.I am so sorry Nandhini''said Dhruv and Nandhini was shocked that he know everyhthing.
''Dhruv how you know about this?''asked Nandhini looking everyone.
''I told them Nandhini.Last night Manik told me everything Nandhini.''said cabir with a smile.
''So Nandhini can you please forgive me ''asked Dhruv.
''Dhruv please its not your fault.so there is no need to forgive you''said Nandhini with a smile.
''Welcome to the family Nandhini''said Mukthi and Aaliya giving her a hug.Nandhini was shocked first but then hugged her back.
''Thanks Mukthi.Thanks Aaliya''said Nandhini with a smile and broke the hug .
''Have you guys called Niyonika''asked Nandhini.
''Yea we called her .I hope she comes soon''said Aaliya and they waited for Niyonika to come.

After 30 minutes doctor came and informed them that they can meet Manik as he gained conciousness.Nandhini was dying to meet him but she thought that Fab5 should meet him first.But other noticed her eagerness and asked her to meet Manik first.Nandhini thanked them and entered the room and closed the door.Once she saw Manik laying on the bed pale and in pain her hearbroke and tears formed again in her eyes.she slowly wlaked to his bed and kept a hand on his forehead.Manik on feeling her touch opened his immediately and their eyes locked in an intense look.They kept looking at each other with love,pain and guilt.After few seconds Manik broke the silence taking her hand in his.
''Nandhini ar..e we...rea..lly...over''asked Manik with great diffcuilty as he didn't have any energy left in him.Seeing his pain Nandhini felt like she died thousand deaths and she immediately regreated saying something like that.She immediately hugged him keeping her head on his chest and Manik was first shocked seeing her action but after few seconds he slowly hugged her back.
''I am so sorry Manik .I never mean to hurt you.I was just hurt and angry and said everything.But after seeing you unconcious i understood that i can't live with you .I love you Manik and nothing is over between us .I love you so much Manik''said Nandhini as she sobbed .Hearing her confession Manik smiled and held her closer.
''I love you ...too ...Nandhini .I am so so...rry for hurting you .I was confused and i only thought about Dhruv.But i forgot to think about me and Most importantly about YOU and US.I know i hurted you a lot Nandhini and broke your trust .But please give another Nandhini and i will assure you ,you will not regreat giving me another chance.Please Nandhini i am just asking for another chance .''said Manik as tears freely flowed from his eyes now.Nandhini looked up and her heart broke to see him crying like this and she immediately sat on the chair beside his bed and cupped his face wiping his tears.
''Arrey my Manik Moron Malhothra ,if i am not ready to give a second chance i will not sitting here and hugging you.''said Nandhini with a smile and Manik too smiled back.
''So are we boyfriend and girlfriend now?''asked Manik with a cute face which brought a smile on her face.
''Haan meri monster haan.Now shut up and kiss me now''said Nandhini and Manik pulled her closer looking into her eyes which held nothing but love for him then he looked her rosey lips and pulled her face closer as Nandhini closed her eyes feeling their first kiss .There was only few inches between their lips and he was about to crash his lips on hers when they heard couching sound from his most anoyyed freind.Nandhini immediately moved away and Manik closed his eyes anoyyed .
''Cabir ''said Manik irritated and opened his eyes to look at his friends standing near the door with smile on their faces.
''Manik i know you both love each other a lot but we too love you so please give us few minutes to check ur health then we will leave to continue whatever you both started ok''said cabir making Nandhini blush.Dhruv was the first to reach Manik and hugged him.
''You really gave all of us heartattack buddy .''said Dhruv and broke the hug.
''And haan i am very angry on you Manik.How could you even think of sacrificing your love for me haan .Do you really thought i will be happy while u are paining?''asked Dhruv with anger .
''Buddy i am really sorry but then i was so confused and can't hurt you .So please forgive me yaar''said Manik and Dhruv smiled .
''Its ok buddy ,but please don't do anything like this in future''said Dhruv with a smile.
''Ok now lets tell our dark secrets if we had any .Afterall we are family guys so i think we much not any more incidents like this .So are u guys ready?''asked cabir and Nandhini took her bag.
''Guys i will wait outside''said Nandhini with a smile and got up to leave the room but Mukthi held her hand .
''Nandhini you don't need to go anywhere .You are also a member of our family now.So please feel don't think like you are an outsider anymore''said Mukthi with a smile which Nandhini returned.
''Ok lets start with Mukthi.''said cabir .
''Well i am helping Navya in Harshad matter and i though of taking the depression pills again''said Mukthi and Fab5 was shocked to hear this and Manik was about to say something but Mukthi cut him off.
''But before i can buy that pills one moron tore my prescription sheet so i didn't buy it and promise u guys i will never take it again''said Mukthi and everyone relaxed hearing this.
''Well Dhruv''said cabir as he thought there will be no secrets with Dhruv but only if he knows.
''Well you guys know that i kissed a girl right.Its was none other than Aaliya''said Dhruv and the other stood there in shock.
''Kya?''asked cabir Mukthi and Manik.
''Haan guys i wanted to tell this to you but you know we both ourself was confused with our feelings so ..''said Aaliya.
''So Aaliya and Dhruv and Manik and Nandhini.Cabir i am feeling like i entered an alternate univer yaar''said Mukthi and cabir too nodded his head.
''Ok anyway guys as we all revealed our secrets lets go and have some luch.I am very hungry ''said cabir .
''But cabir you didn't tell your secrets till now na?''asked Nandhini and everyone nodded looking at cabir.
''Arrey Nandhini i am sure there is no secrets with cabir .I mean he never kept anything from us after musicana .Right cabir?''asked Aaliya with a smile .
''Actually Aaliya well i too have a secret''said Cabir and everyone was confused.
''Well the truth is i know that Manik is going to kidnap you today Nandhini''said Cabir with a smile rubbing back of his head and Nandhini's jaw dropped hearing this.
''Cabir you...''started Nandhini angryly but cabir cut her off.
''Nandhini before you start cursing me think if this kidnapped didn't happen you guys will not be doing whatever you are doing before i we came in so you must thank me.''said cabir and Nandhini blushed hearing it.
''Ok ok enough with the secrets and all now you guys go and have some food go''said Manik and everyone nodded their head with a smile.
''Ok we will leave you both love birds alone .But please Manik leave Nandhini when you finish romancing atleast to have some food ''said Aaliya and left the room with others before Manik could say anthing .Once they left the room Manik held his hand out to Nandhini with a smile and Nandhini took it will a smile sitting on the chair.
''So Nandhini can we continue what we left like cabir said''asked Manik with a smile .Hearing this Nandhini slapped his good arm lightly .
''Shut up Manik.Now rest for sometimes i will be back after having lunch and please call me if you need anything ok?''asked Nandhini caressing his face.Manik took her hand and kissed it .
''Nandhini actually i forgot to ask.What is exactly happened to my arm''asked Manik with confusion and Nandhini tensed hearing it.But before Manik could notice she composed herself and replied.
''Nothing is wrong Manik its just a small infection.Doctor said they must keep you in observation for few day then you will be fine''said Nandhini though she hated keeping the truth from him she know its not the correct time to reveal it.
''Ok Nandhini now go and have something.Go''said Manik with a smile and Nandhini left the room taking her wallet from the bag after kissing his forehead.Manik finally smiled feeling happy and content after so many days.
