We are very professional off-screen. We just stick to our work and do not interfere into each other's personal life. We have different understanding and whatever is between us is just related to work only. We just make sure that we should concentrate on our work and our scenes should come out well and help each other with that.

Can you relate yourself to Manik?

I am very similar to Manik in terms of attitude and else I am not at all similar to him in any ways. I am very different from what Manik is. It's an interesting character to play. Sometimes when I have to be extra romantic then I feel that why should I do it then I was made to understand that it's just a character and not me so I have to relate to it.

Slighting his chemistry with Niti is one thing but to actually get MaNan fans OFF MaNan's back ... thats really annoying. PaNi jaake sookhay kuwwein mein doob mare, hum kuch nahin kahenge. Unki life unki choice but MaNan toh belongs to the fans. Who is he to take that away from us ?! Tere ko nai karna role toh na kar. But don't ask us NOT to Like MaNan as much as we do.

I don't think he meant to get people totally OFF MaNan...arey he knows he owes all his popularity to that pairing and storyline in the show only...but this is consistent with what he says in all his video interviews too...seems like he wants fans to EVENLY distribute their love b/w the whole cast😆...and given he's got friends he's very close to in the cast, guess he feels like promoting them too...teamwork spirit toh hai is cast mein warna show wouldn't have reached where it has...he probably feels like they should be appreciated too which obviously in all the MaNan craze doesn't happen as much.
