Just a small analysis on the episode.
Today we saw a nandhu breaking down in front of manik. All the heart and all the pain is slowly coming out. the way she leaned on manik for comfort today and the way she healed his coffee burns shows that although her heart is ready to forgive him, she just needs the correct form of apology from him.
Today Manik showed us his hidden caring side. although he does express care sometimes before, this was one of the more memorable ones. The way he held her when she cried on his shoulders, the way he was worried for her when she didn't reply him. the way he tried to make her smile.. the way he put that much effort to make coffee for her... It all shoed his tender side, the side that he doesn't let many see.
The only question he needs to ask himself now is... why is he doing all this? Why can't he stand it when she cries, why is he sad when she won't answer him, why is he taking so much effort to make her smile, why is her forgiveness so important to him? He needs to ask himself.. what is this feeling if not LOVE?
The bonding between the Mukti and Navya showed the parallelism of hurt and anguish that both girls faced through one guy. Navya had create layers of forcefields around her and harshad to protect herself from the real world outside. the first layer "Devotional Trust for Harshad" had been been broken by harshad himself. This make navya question everything he did. The second layer "The Sense of Right and Wrong" has been opened by Mukti. She pushed navya to the light. to make her see the real world and the real people. She guides navya to the right path, helping out in all the way that she can. Mukti had no reason to do this, but she did it anyway, because she does not want another soul to be shattered, like her own, by the jerk. It was the best thing for navya to tell the truth, because if she ha lied, then the beginning of her and harsh ad's relationship would have started off with a lie, and put an extreme thought into his brain that he can use and manipulate her anytime he wants.
This will be a big shocker to harshad, the girl he thought he had all the power over, the girl he thought he had all figured out, turning against him. Although on oneside, navya is slowly unraveling her cuccoon, harshad is going into one. all his thought are cornered and twisted into one sole purpose. Revenge. Having the last person on your side leave you will make any person go mad, and since that person iso harshad, he will be more thirsty for revenge, and an identity for himself. After musicana's loss, harshad has no identity except nh3. and now, nh3 is broken up as well, leaving him hanging on the cliff in a life or death situation. his sole idea was to break fab 5, but now in the process, he has lost his band members/friends as well as himself. Regardless of whether he was just using them, or was really friends with them or not.. he had lost the few people who had trust and faith in him.
Cabir understands everything. from the first feelings of love on manik's side, to the hurt of love from nandini's side. he understands the frustrations the hurt, the happiness. everything. In a way, he is similar to Mukti. both were left by their respectives, and both find happiness in helping others love. while multi is more delusional, and imagines everyone to behave as the perfect couple', cabir looks at things idealistically. being in love with someone you re not supposed to, made him understand the troubles that both manik and nandini are facing. and although he tries to help as much as possible, he manages to stay away from it as well, and lets them figure things out by themselves. And so far... he is the one of the best characters yet. He is the one who is head strong, yet level headed. the one who is funny, yet compasionate. the one who goofs around and whose words no one really takes sriously, yet is perceptive about everythign. He is the one who contains too much pain, but is afraid to show. All through his fake laughs and grins and sarcastic snaky comments, he lets a few drops of pain slip. while all the others have some way of expressing their sadness.. cabir has no one. his friends are afraid to talk to him about the incident... his mother disowned him... his brother and father abandoned him. Yesterdy we saw a glimpse of cabir's true feelings when he was talking to nandu, and that shows how desperately he is in need of solace and love.
