While this expression has quite a different meaning in the real world, I think Manik should ignore/play the silence game with Nandini (I love MaNan, so don't kill me, please).
Eventually, woh khud Manik ke paas aa jayegi.

No silence treatment please, and why does Nandini need to forgive him so easily? Why does Manik have to give her the silent treatment? In fact, she should give him the silent treatment. When Manik himself is not ready to sort out the mess he has created? Manik and Dhruv seriously need a man to man talk and sort out their feelings for Nandini and Alya. And if Manik gives her a silent treatment, it would be meaningless. He needs to get it straight that the amount of pain he has given her, cannot be compared with just an apology. He needs to make her believe that he truly loves her and will never hurt her again. Her theory of firlflies and what her mom told was not wrong, because true love does exist in their relationship. Then only she will forgive him. Until or unless he makes a promise to her that he will never hurt her again and she will have an equal right in their relationship Silent treatment is not an option for Manik, also kyy has been proven to be different from all the other shows. So we should just wait and watch what's in store for us.
