That's exactly what I was thinking too. The way Nandini was walking towards Manik, I think the creatives have romance in mind or may be not. Nandini may just say, "Manik, I am fine". Nothing may happen as Nandini still have not forgiven Manik.

Ya I know Nandini has not yet forgiven Manik and there might not be a serious romantic scene between them...but there is caring between them and just look the way they both were gazing at each other's eyes...looks like the whole world doesn't exist for them...the temperature over there must hv reached sizzling point it was so hot...harshad got to realize the spark between them if he got any brain...no two platonic friends gaze each other's eyes like that...
