I sleep but in between i wake up and check my phone for an hour and then back to sleep

I do that sometimes because I can't sleep more than 1 hour at a time. 😆

I sleep one hour then wake up then again slerp then wake up then again sleep 😆 It's rare I can sleep fully at one go. It's been like this since 10 years almost. 🤢
