Hi guys,

I'm Preeti, I have recently come across this show and I must say I've caught up with it so so fast. I just love everything about the show especially the lead pairing. So I often write on couples who I love and these two have come into my list pretty fast. This is a short short story so it won't have many parts at all. I'll update part 1 just below this and nd hopefully I'll be able to complete it soon.
All I ask is for your love and support through out this and hopefully this is one of many of my works on the show and it's characters.

Manek had never felt so helpless in his life. On the one hand there was his best friend and on the other their was his lo ... no, he didn't love her. That was just attraction. Yes, he was attracted to her. She felt the same and nothing more. He had to make sure the two of them were a couple. He had tried so hard to distance himself from her and now that he was successful he couldn't let her spoil it.
Manek: I've got to go and speak to Nandini, she can't just say no to Dhruv like that. She has to give a reason. They're meant to be.
He continued to think about what had happened at the hospital. He had been told by Cabir that Nandini had rejected the proposal. He still had time to set things right between the two.
Cabir: Manek, whats wrong with you? Where are you lost?
Manek: nothing, I was thinking about the plan. I still think it's a shit plan and we shouldn't go ahead with it
Cabir: why do you think like that Manek? There's no other way to fight that sick Harshad. He's been playing games with us since the beginning and now all due to that restraining order we have to do as Nandini says.
Manek: its all because of that girl. She's the reason it all happened and we are doing as she says? She's in the same group as that stupid harshad!
Cabir: Manek let's not forget she's the one that came with the proposal first. She cares about her friends just as much as you care about yours. She won't do anything that will spool things for Navya.
Manek: I don't know, I still don't feel comfortable with it all. We don't need her to help us defeat Harshad.
Cabir: Manek, you know there is no other way. Also if she doesn't have the backing of Fab 5 then there can be great danger for her
Manek's head shot up. Danger? For Nandini? Oh God he always knew the plan was stupid. He was right when he disagreed to it. Now what was going to happen? He had to do something otherwise Harshad could harm Nandini.
Cabir: someone needs to be there with her. Please do something before its too late.
Manek told Cabir he would do somthing and also have a final think about the plan before he left and decided to go and meet Nandini at college.

Manek walked into college all the while thinking about what could happen if he doesn't agree with the plan and let's everyone go ahead with it there were other people involved but he knew Nandini was the most vulnerable. He saw her sitting on one of the benches and sat next to her. He had to clear a lot of things with her but before that he wanted to know why Nandini had rejected Dhruv.
Manek: Nandini, I want to ask you something.
Nandini: but I don't want go talk to you Manek Malhotra
She got up to leave but before she could Manek held her hand.
Manek: don't walk away when I'm talking to you!
Nandini: what are you going to do if I do walk away?
He pulled her closer. Their faces were only inches apart.
Manek: you know what I can do very well.
Nandini: I'm not scared of you and you know that. And what do you want to ask me? Why I rejected Dhruv? Well listen Mr. Manek Malhotra. I can do as I like. This is my life and I haven't given anyone the permission to interfere.
As she walked off Manek received a text messays from Cabir.
Cabir: is the plan on? Nandini is going to Harshad's house at 6pm today. Everyone has to be alert.

Dhruv and Aalya disussed the plan over coffee but their minds were occupied elsewhere. The happenings of ealier on played in their heads. Both felt something they had never felt before. Maybe it was more than friendship for ghe two of them?

Later that evening it was time to put the plan into action. Everyone had been told what they had to do and they were ready to show that Harshad what they were capable of. Nandini would have to go into the house and divert Harshad's attention whilst the rest of the group put their plan inot action. It was a tricky one and they had very less time but they were sure it would be a success.
Despite having asked Manek countless times, he had still not said whether he would be joining them. The plan had to be put into action without him if he did not come.
Little did fab 5 know that he was watching theirs and Nandini's every step.
