One thing for sure, Harshad does not trust Nandini. He has seen Nandini with Manik at musicana, he has seen Nandini mess up the performance and to top it all off, he has seen Nandini go off on him in regards to Cabir (when attacking Shahid). Harshad knows Nandini doesn't like violence, he knows Nandini didn't want anything to do with FAB5 revenge/breaking them. And Harshad also knows that Nandini can't be easily fooled, unlike Navya.
In addition, he knows Manik has a "thing" for Nandini, so he is using Nandini to get back at Manik, and he doesn't care for Nandini's safety or what not.

But yeah, ditto on Cabir, Harshad is intelligent, he is not a big fool. I'm just wondering whether Cabir agreed to Nandini's plan just to bring Manik closer to Nandini, because he knows Harshad is dangerous and he knows Manik will not leave Nandini's side. Boy, two strong supporters of Manan: Harshad and Cabir 🤣
