First thing that came to my mind was that if he files a case against Manik, he himself will face a reverse-charge on attempted murder and using drugs. I despise the guy and Abhishek yapping like a blubbering goldfish makes it worse.

I don't even want to talk about Navya...I have just given up on her.

She will only learn when she faces the worst blow of her life...she is the girl who doesn't listen to reason, she will fall into the deepest pit and then only she will learn.

Alya is stupid and delusional...she is deliberatey overlooking all of it so that she isn't shaken out of her comfort zone...i think all of fab5 are like that, happy in their own bubble, refusing to see outside until and unless he/she is violently jerked out into reality.
