Dhruv certainly has some relation to that pen and so to Rishab too. That pen ain't no ordinary pen.

Also, Dhruv's attacks are different from Rishab's. Remember Manik said on the stairs i have read the file and i couldn't find anything common between their attacks. There is no pattern.

Again when Manik asked what triggered the attack Dhruv just shook his head. but he knew that after seeing Rishab only his attack started. The way he turned and looked at Rishab. That attack, there was some really good acting by Utkarsh there. Previously also at the swimming pool, he had tried not to look at Rishab but his headaches had started after he saw him. Why did Dhruv lie to Manik. He knows that whenever he and Rishab look at each other, he gets these attacks. He is hiding.
