I agree with @genie here, Alya would have hung onto any nice gesture of Manik's as a sign of them getting back together. It was kind of eerie for me to hear the same words spoken by Alya to Manik repeated by Cabir to Raghav "We are meant to be together, forever", what bets Mukti also said something similar to Harshad at some point. This is not love, its a bubble of illusion they live in.

May be Harshad will put the blame on Nandu if he gets to know that she knows about this too, Manik's warning on Harshad to Nandu should also come into play somewhere. She needs to see the real Harshad too.. 😕

That is alright from the perspective of the story, however, if you actually consider the situation from Alya's perspective, it's pretty horrible. The problem with people is how they don't try to understand the story from the perspective of the third angle. This is the guy she has been with for seven years, lost her virginity to, shared a lot of first times with, this is not some five-days casual dating. The way Manik treats her is hurtful and pretty terrible IMO.

Since Manik and Nandini are supposed to be in love, that doesn't make his behaviour okay. This is a problem the CVs have, it's no exactly Manik's fault. They lack the understanding to properly treat a breakup.

It was Maanik's sudden and obvious hostility towards Raghav that triggered the suspicion. They've all seen the equation b/w Raghav and the students, but Maanik was going overboard- add to that Raghav's nervousness.

Sorry to interrupt, but I agree with this.

Seven years in a hell of a looong time and it takes a lot of effort and commitment to make such a relationship work.

Manik ignoring Alya is really wrong. Even if he doesn't feel anything for her anymore, they grew up together, shared many childhood memories together and such a relation shouldn't be erased in a moment.

Actually I don't think such a relation can be erased. Maybe they will show something about that also later?
