A very eventful week with some new revelations 13^th October (Monday)The episode had started with Manik thinking about what he had happened with Cabir, he thinks of calling his friends but then he dials up Nandini and asks her to come meet up outside his house but she refuses. Alya and Harshad are swimming and she looked worried so he tells her to find her solution from her problems. Nandini after dinner sees that she has so many missed calls from Manik, she peeks from her window and sees him standing outside by his car. She calls him and tells him to leave and goes to sleep. Cabir is with Raghav and informs him that Manik knows but he is surprised that he didn't expect the reaction he thought he would get but instead Manik was very supportive. Raghav tells him that not everyone would and that it does not take for the perception of society to change. Nandini comes out to meet him, she is about to leave when he pulls her into a hug. She slowly put her hands around him and noticing that he smiled, both of them stayed liked that in the embrace smiling. Dhruv gets a call from Alya telling him to tell Nandini about how he feels. Alya thinks to herself that she will do this to get Manik back. Cabir asks his mother if she would love him and she says that she would love him for whoever he is and that its her favorite job in the world. The next morning Nandini comes to college early and sees Manik there sleeping. 14^th October (Tuesday)While the cleaner was sweeping a paper lands near Manik's nose and Nandini comes close to remove it. After he wakes up she tells him to go him as he was partying all night. Navya tells Nandini that she doesn't follow Navya, Nandini tells Harshad and Shahid that they don't want to follow anyone and that Manik already knew about it. Cabir sends a message to Raghav asking him to talk to him and that he is worried. Dhruv talks to Nandini and she is surprised and she promises him that nothing will change and she will always be his friend. Shahid was looking at some band pictures and tells Navya that style is also important at which Harshad also agrees. Nandini drops water on herself as she is surprised when Manik comes behind her suddenly, he tells her to meet her behind the music wing. Manik tells her that he wasn't partying last night but he was very shocked over something that happened last night and he tells her that what happened yesterday was a mistake. She agrees with him and he gets irritated and takes the tissue from her hand and wipes her face. Before leaving she tells him that new situations does lead to shock and that he should learn to accept the new changes. 15^th October (Wednesday)Rose is irritating Cabir and Manik comes in and sends her away to Dhruv. He asks him who was the guy he was with but Cabir tells him that the guy needs some time. Manik is with Dhruv and tells him that everyone is growin up and changing, Dhruv tells him that he knows he and Aliya broke up and he also tells him that he is trying to be friends with Nandini again. Nandini is an empty room and before she leaves Manik comes there and asks her if she is friends with Dhruv again and she says that they were always friends. Manik tells her that he doesn't like it when she asks him the reason he makes an excuse saying that since they are working on their cases if she interacts with Dhruv more it will not do them any good. Raghav reaches the auditorium and is surprised everyone sings for him happy birthday' and he cuts the cake. Raghav tells them he would be happier if they won the Musicana, Rose tells them they have to dance. Harshad spikes a drink meant for Cabir and is happy seeing that he took the glass. Everyone is on the dance floor and they are changing partners. 16^th October (Thursday)Cabir and Raghav are together and he thanks him for not giving up, they hear footsteps so they leave from there. Cabir and Dhruv are sitting on the stairs and Alya also comes there Cabir leaves leaving the glass of drink which is in Dhruv's hands. Both Manik and Nandini end up as partners and they dance oblivious to the outside world. Alya tells Dhruv that he should have danced with Nandini and he says that he is not sure as he doesn't know how she feels and Alya tells him to follow her. After the dance Dhruv comes and offers Nandini the drink, Navya comes dressed up in a completely new avatar and everyone starts laughing at her. Nandini who had started to feel the effects of the drink went to Navya but she couldn't say anything to her. Mukti goes to Navya and tells her that its not worth and that she hates Harshad more as he will use a girl and then throw them like garbage. Nandini is sitting alone and laughing and Manik comes there, he is surprised with her behavior and realizes that she is drunk. Nandini goes behind the glass door and asks him if he is feeling the same thing as she is, she flips her hair and says that she is feeling very hot. He tells her that he will take her home but she refuses, he sees Raghav coming and quickly takes Nandini into a hall and hides her. 17^th October (Friday)Raghav comes there and sees some other students, Manik goes to check if he went away. Nandini sits down and refuses to move so Manik had to carry her and take her outside. When he sets her down she runs and he follows her. Alya is with Dhruv and is teaching him the steps to make Nandini fall in love with him and she thinks to herself with all this she will get back Manik. Manik is still chasing her in the library and she asks him why he is always after her and that leaves him speechless. She again runs but is scared as she does not find Manik behind her, he comes and she asks him to leave her but he says that he is not letting go of her this time and Nandini pukes. Cabir is with Raghav and says that he feels complete when he is with him, Raghav tells him that this might change soon considering the fact they are in a student-teacher relationship and that they are gays so the society will change and never accept them. Cabir tells him that's why they should every moment they are together. Harshad and Shahid are dressed up as girls and enter the hostel, Navya is surprised to see them. Manik cleans her face and brings lime juice for her but she throws it on his face she tells him that she doesn't like his monster side and recounts the ragging they had done on her , Navya and Shahid. He tells her that he always had it covered and that he had kept Dhruv near them always and he needed protection from her as she had punched him.

Precap for next week : Nandini and Manik are lying on top of his car and she tells him that she hates the stars, but he says whats there to hate.

Little Bubbles Waiting To Merge.
growing attractions, confronting feelings, and revelations which change everything.
Aaah..what an utterly delightful week this has been in terms of character progression. This is what I love about the show, the fact that we don't have stagnant characters who remain the same for months. Here the characters and equations change and grow which each incident that happens.
Dhruv came to acceptance about his feelings for Nandini by a little push from Alya's side. While it's nice to see Dhruv taking the initiative to rekindle his friendship with Nandini in hopes of making it something more, Alya's interest in this whole matter is a cause of worry. It seems like she isn't really interested in Dhruv's happiness but rather her own selfish wish of getting back with Manik. I don't mind though. With this mission in her mind, we get to see Alya away from her Manik sphere and Dhruv acting like a normal teenager going through the stages of first love. It's sweet and endearing to watch these two trying to crack the issues of love.
Now that Raghav and Cabir are out in the open, we saw many sides to them as a couple. Once again, I am in awe of the way the writers have written them. They aren't being treated as some out of the world beings but as a normal couple going through their ups and downs. We saw Cabir's hope of being acceptance and Raghav's cynicism about the idea. We saw the way how deeply they are in love with each other, with them sneaking in stole glances and fleeting touches whenever they can. But the best part was how they were acutely aware of their position of being not only a gay couple but also being in a student-teacher relationship. By putting it all in front of us to see, I relatee to them more as a couple and understood their decision to stay hidden. But the time to tell the truth seems to be looming closer.
it's funny how one action makes us dislike someone and the next day, another action redeems that person. Harshad was that this week. While he seemed to be losing ground with his blind obsession with Fab5, by the end when he went to meet Navya at the hostel dressed up as a woman proved why its hard to categorize any character in the show as typically good or bad.
Navya got a big blow this week and surprisingly or not, it was Mukti who helped her through it. While I am still not sure if Navya will pay heed to anything Mukti said, the fact that Mukti doesn't choose to leave Navya for the worst of consequences and tries to warn her in her way makes Mukti a more grounded character. The empathy she has makes her more human and the show more wonderful.
As for our fated ones, well, they grew leaps and bounds. From Nandini's growing attraction towards Manik to Manik telling Nandini that when he bullied people, he made sure to never leave them alone and had it covered in case things went out of hand; they went through so much. Her nervousness around him, his wish to be with her any chance he got, the undeniable chemistry they shared in their dance, and the way drunk Nandini had Manik on his toes all the time...it's such a joy to see them here, to see how far they've come. Seeing them growing together like this, through fights, and talks, and attractions, the development these two have is something couples on Indian Telly rarely ever get.
All of these happened pretty much independent of each other. For now, they all are in their own spaces. But these spaces are just waiting to collide and combine, which they surely will. And when all these independent things become one, that's when some real drama will happen. Seeing the way writers have dealt with everything till now, I am excited for that moment.

Love 101

Alya's tips on getting Nandu to fall for Dhruv. Even though Alya has her own agenda behind helping Dhruv, I really like how invested she is into this. This entire scene made me laugh and feel kind of sorry for Dhruv. Dhruv really likes Nandu, and he is so invested in getting Nandu to fall for him. It's sweet how Alya is helping him, even though it's to keep Manik with her. I really like the whole essence of the scene and it was cute and fun how Alya was teaching these various methods to make Nandu fall for him. Written By: Maya (-MyMy-)

chori badi drama queen hai Manik handles a drunk Nandu with amusing results Though dealing with a serious issue, this week wasn't short of our usual dose of fun. And for me this week was nothing short of a heaven. My two major wishes getting fulfilled (A MaNan dance and Manik handling a drunk Nandu). Seriously sometimes I wonder if the writers actually visit this forum and read our views? Anyways coming on to the funniest scene, it had to be a drunk Nandu and her adorable mischiefs. It all started when Nandini accidentally took the spiked drink originally meant for Cabir. The after effects? A totally crazy Nandu doing all sorts of craziness. And can it be possible that if Nandu is in trouble and Manik isn't there? As expected Manik enters the scene and tries to take Nandu home like a "gentleman". But surprisingly this time Nandu was the one who didn't wanted the fun to end so she pretends to follow Manik's order but then runs away. A cat and Mouse game goes on between Manik and Nandini while she keeps rambling "Manik Malhotra is a fool". Ultimately Manik catches her but then...Nandini vomits xD Written By: Vrinda (Manikfan)

An enemy in need is actually a well-wisher in real. "Seriously, DON'T TRUST HIM" warned by Mukti When your friends fail to support you and your enemy steps in to console you and advise you,will she still be your enemy? Mukti stepped in, and her words were the best medicine for Navya that moment when she was in need of a friend. Mukti, after being hurt by Harshad, did/does not want even her enemy to go through the same pain given by the same person.She advised/warned Navya that Harshad does not deserve her efforts. He will use her, make you feel special in every way, and when his needs will be fulfilled he'll throw you like a garbage. Don't trust him. It takes a lot of strength and courage to fulfill your wish/dream hiding it from the world. Who knew a prank star like Cabir could be so strong inside?After confessing his truth, of being gay, to one of his best friends, Manik, and then an indirect discussion with his mother he realized that the world will accept his homosexual relationship. But couldn't reveal it to any one as his love does not want it. As it was Raghav's, the love of his life, birthday, Cabir did not want to ruin it instead he arranged a party along with rest of the students without any one else doubting, spent the rest of the night with him. My heart goes out to him, how he manages his boyfriend and his friends and mother without hurting any of them is remarkable. Written by: Aabray (Preternatural)

Ms Nandini Moorthy the new drama queen I would like to begin by writing that Nandini is the cutest dunk ever. Her drunken antics were really cute and actually funny hence; I feel she deserves to be the funniest character for this week. It all started when Nandini accidentally drank a drink spiked by Harshad for someone else but luckily for us viewers Harshad's plans don't always go perfectly which lead to Nandini becoming drunk and Manik taking care for her. I loved seeing Nandini drunk letting her hair loose and laughing openly and having fun. She was the perfect drama queen running around the college and making Manik run around her. Some of her epic funny moments include when Manik was hiding her in the room and she folded her hand like she was going to punch him, also her being drunk helped her take full revenge from Manik and she literally pulled his cheeks, then when Manik was trying to cut the lime her expressions and the way she was laughing was hilarious. Also when Manik was scolding her like a teacher the way she was sitting on the table like a stubborn child was so cute. A big round of applause to Niti, drunken scenes are very difficult for an actor to portray but Niti did an amazing job and her comic timing was perfect. Why Harshad? Harshad bags the tag for the second consecutive week. He wanted to "expose" Cabir. That was pretty much creepy. Individual sexual preferences must be respected by others. Homosexuals don't need to be "exposed". Although it wasn't clear that whether Harshad knew about Cabir being a Gay or not but he did try to manipulate his drink and make him "reveal" about himself in public. I don't dislike Harshad at all, he is an interesting guy with shades, the way he went into Navya's dorm to talk understanding that she was hurt was nice. I love the fact that he genuinely cares for his sister (Looks so? I hope he REALLY does!). It's just that a few of his deeds make him look really sick... if he wanted to cash in Cabir's homosexuality for own intentions then it's insane and can't be overlooked as a bad shade in his character. Cute and Quirky We were unable to get a picture, but I'm sure you all know which one it is. For this week, our best dressed character just has to be, without a doubt, Nandini Murthy. A big round of applause for her! Throughout the week, she has managed to stand out with her fashion sense which charmed us all. A highlight would be her outfit at the party; a backless halter top in the shade of blue, with a decorated neckline, fit with some casual jeans and stole in the color of black and pink. Nandini's outfit fit her character well. Not just that, it was also decent, casual, and fashionable at the same time. Taking the whole outfit together, it was cute and something we all would definitely wear. So cheers to Nandini, for managing to look amazing this week, and charming us with her stunning wear. Cuteness Overloaded

Just when I thought Niti couldn't get more adorable, look at this! Niti plus this adorable dog just recreate the definition of cuteness! I couldn't help but "aww" after seeing this! Is it even possible for Niti to not be adorable? Shayad Yahi Hai Pyaar?

OS: Dysfunctional by Firebolt This was a totally adorable and perfect one-shot. It was pretty believable, and this could definitely happen on the show. It was so sweet how Nandu made a huge fuss about Manik ignoring her, and Manik's reaction. I totally loved this OS. SS: Crawling Poison by Gudeksha This is such an interesting story. Not only is it about the entire KY2 cast, but it is kind of confusing, which makes me want to read even more. The first chapter is super intriguing and I can't wait for more chapters. FF: Jab Tak Hai Jaan by -.serendipity.- This week Kiret updated the third chapter of this amazing story. I'm so intrigued and kind of confused I keep counting down the days till the next update. I love how the story includes more than just MaNan, and keeps the readers hooked with each chapter. The chapters are short, but powerful.
