Nandini ka hero

I dnt knw if this topic is posted earlier or nt but it draws my attention we all knew manik wants to be a bad guy in front of every1 but in front of nandu he showed his vulnerable side he wants to be in her good books. Tonight nandu was asking WHY he did all d pranks she wants answer but manik try to justify himself. If it was not nandu and any1 else would hv asked him d same thing he would hv say I enjoy torturing ppl or sm other sarcastic answer but in front of nandu he wants to be d gud guy. I rem harshad asking him-"nandini ka hero banana chahta hai kya" dat time also he didnt hv ans to this ques bcoz somewhere in his heart he knew dat he wants to but why he doesnt want to confess.

With the recent revelation.. this theory makes it more beautiful..
Manik says that he'd sent Dhruv to save the ppl but with Nandu he was the one who needed saving😆 but co-incidentally Dhruv wasn't ever assigned the job of saving Nandu.. Manik tha na with her always😉
In fact once he developed a soft-corner for Nandu(after Rishab's incident at her house)..he always wanted to be her hero.. he felt protective about her.. when she jumps in the pool..Manik actually moves to save her but Dhruv does it before him.. he did not feel good about her with Dhruv..

When she accused him of sending the goons..he angrily agrees with her.. but later in the storeroom scene he couldn't take it & just tells her he did not do it! He wouldn't have explained that to the rest of the world.. in fact these days he does not even explain to his friends!

& finally in the cliff scene he got a chance to go out & save the Damsel in distress😆

He did even warn her against Harshad..showing himself as a hero😛

I love his unsaid..unacknowledged concern for her😊

It sort of makes sense why he is against Dhruv's friendship with Nandini. He is aware of Dhruv's feelings towards Nandu (remember when Dhruv said gut feeling and Manik said "ya kuch aur feeling?" but he was smiling..that time he was with Alya, even though he felt unsettled about Nandu. Manik just doesn't know how deep Dhruv has gone right now.
And another thing, it was like Manik trying to say that he was actual saviour, and that the foundation of Dhruv's and Nandu's friendship, it was like for the first time, he wanted all the admiration for himself, he wanted to be that hero. But Nandu was already half-way there, she has seen the mask being slipped.

Yeah I rememberthat scene. He always says what's there in his heart but in a manner dat nobody can understand.

absolutely..Manik wont admit it but he does want Nandini to see him in a better way...even when they were in not so good terms he used to complain about why she doesn't smile at him, in storeroom he clearly told her that it was not him behind the cracker-incident and goons-incident..and now at least subconcsiously he wants Nandini to know that he is not as bad as he portrays😳
