I sort of agree..it will be the Musicana that things will open up...Dhruv-Nandu-manik triangle, Mukti and pills,Navya and Harshad, Harshad-Bands of Brothers, Ragbir, etc.

Shells, I have always felt that Musicana will serve as the crux for the second part of the story, as in I see the first 3 months as the first part and BOOM Musicana happens and the emotional journey starts for everyone.

That was a wonderful wonderful post. I don't even know what to add to that. I myself have been friends with this guy friend of mine since forever and maybe that's why I connected so well with Manik's disbelief. It's easy enough to talk about homosexuality objectively, but when you actually see your friend crying and breaking down in front of you for just trying to be who they are, it breaks you heart in a way you can't even picture.
I myself have hung out and connected with people who are supposedly "different" for a long time and I feel physically sick with ignorance and hatred. Now I just try to ignore them. My boyfriend understands so I can talk to him about this.

I just have my friends to rant to and they think I take it too seriously but these days I see them thinking and trying to articulate their own growing discomfort over how the whole LGBT community is treated and stereotyped.

You won't believe -- some people don't see any difference between transgender and homosexual people and hence, the misconception of gays being feminine and I can just only stand an gape at them and be like 'how the effin' hell is this my life' and move on ...
