There was a discussion in the forum whether parth and disha are dating...i had read in paper sometime back that Disha is being launched by Ekta Kapoor in a movie with Pulkit Samrat...they hv already acted in the snap deal advt and look good together.

So even if they are dating I don't think they will make it official as now Disha's movie career is going to take off.
