I think Harshad is the only one who has noticed it, which is why he uses it to take digs at Manik, although he has gone quiet now since it's not serving his purpose, I guess.As for Dhruv, Nandu is like that bright sunshine in his life and yes that friendship has been emphasised a lot today, like it was foreshowing that even when Manan are together, Nandu and Dhruv's friendship will stick no matter what.You are spot on about Dhruv and Manik, yes I do feel that if Manik talks he will realise a steam of emotions and I do feel he is not happy with Dhruv breaking his friendship with Nandu. Which is why I am feeling sorry for Alya because she does not know how far Manik has actually gone away from her. She will get a rude awakening soon.

Yes, Harshad has noticed that Nandu affects Manik, and more than that Harshad has seen how Alya gets affected by the attention Nandu gets from Manik, and that is what Harshad is using. One could say that Alya has also noticed Nandu-Manik equation, but that is more because of her insecurity. I don't think she has quite realised in what way and to what extent Manik has come to be affected by Nandu's presence in his life.
Sunshine, yes, that is one word that can aptly describe Nandu. That girl is just what was needed not only for Dhruv and Manik, but for the whole Fab5, although they don't realise it yet. All these years, this group of messed up kids ( I call them kids because they still are kids, with a lot of issues. They definitely are not grown up.) have lived off the fear that they instill in others like Nandu said. And now this young girl arrives who does not fear them. She stands up to them, holds out a mirror in front of each and makes them see themselves for what they really are, and that affects them. Nandini is slowly making them realise their own vulnerabilities and insecurities and in the long run, it will only do them good. Each of them needed someone like Nandini as much as Manik and Dhruv.
As for Alya and Manik, their relationship has been kinda stagnant for quite some time now; Nandu's arrival has only given it a negative acceleration. Yes, Alya is yet to realise it truly but it won't be long now until she does.
