Mixed Feelings towards Harshad

I'm having mixed feelings towards Harshad. I can't understand his character. Some times he is good and other times.

He came as a God n locked Manan in the store room. He helped us to have a full episode of Manan romance.

But in the next days when Manan was in danger ( jungle scene) I don't like what Harshad did. But still we got some romantic scene. That makes Mananfans happy.

Even though we get a few funny scenes from Harshad-Navya love drama, it's not good fooling Navya. She was very hurt today. Also he says he loves Mukti.

Now about today's episode, What is he doing with Rose? I'm already fed up with her character. Even she doesn't know what she is doing.

There is a hidden story between Harshad and Manik also. Hope we get interesting tracks.

I'm only interested about his past with Manik because the suspense is killing me. Other than that, I don't know what to feel about this guy. Not yet, anyway. But I did like him in today's episode when they showed the brother-sister bond between him and Alya. What he did there was really sweet.

Truth be told, I've never judged his character according to his usefulness for MaNan.

I've liked him from day one. He's shady, he's grey but he's humane.

He seems someone with whom you can relate. True that he could be outright ANNOYING. But then, no one's perfect in this serial.

He blunders, and the comes up with brilliant ideas. He hates Maanik and makes it clear to all. He taunts Mukti all the time but rushes to save her life when every member of her precious Fab 5 are busy wallowing in their own griefs.

All in all, he's THE most interesting character in this show! (for me at least 😛).

Even I have fixed feelings towards him. Nice, good, bad?

He's a complete sweetheart in today's episode when signaled Aliya not to say anything but the next moment he taunts fab5 and mukti but saves her the other moment. His character is shady and interesting.

I really like Harshad! Yes a little kamina but whatever his intentions have been, the result has been good. He is the one who works to get Nandini back in college.. & a lot of things..

In the jungle thing-What did he do? I only hated that he was so insensitive so as to rant about Manan after they had saved themselves from the fall!

Regarding Navya..I don't think he actually knows what Navya thinks of him.. He has always & clearly maintained that they are friends..

Regarding Rose I mentioned it in my post a while ago😆 Even I'm fed up! & today's scene was really awkward!

Besides that he isn't all that bad.. he is a human too and I really like the actor! He's been doing amazing job! I also like his chemistry with Manik/Parth.

I really like how Harshad cares for his sister Alya. They don't have a perfect sibling relationship but he really loves her and can go to any extent for her and is frustrated too i think because of their poor bonding like Alya being harsh with him. I think Alya was also a reason why Harshad went all against his "childhood brother" Manik and Fav5, he must have hated the fact that both his girlfriend (Mukti) and sister were closer to Fav5 and Manik respectively than him. That's when and how the dispute might have had started

The show is filled with grey characters isn't? All shades of 50😉

Just kidding... coming to the post though, I quite like Harshad, as his character is quite true to real life... I mean not everyone is just completely good or completely bad!

Even though his own sister belongs to his rival group (well more just Manik) but his care for her is still evident in his actions, him willing to take all the blame for Alya's misdeeds! Even Mukti, even though he taunts her and physically approaches her, he was still there to save her in her weakest point, while Alya was just looking at the screen

(Personally I found that scene quite awkward! Her best friend just stared at the screen while she nearly jumped?)

Anyways next to Navya... I feel like its a case of one sided infatuation... not love, infatuation, as love is too strong of a word! Also sometimes some people tend to mistake friendship for something more? And Rose, let me not get started on her... She is (for a lack of better words) cring-worthy in her scenes? Imma sorry, but she just pouts and thrusts her assets in my face...

And finally Manik! I feel like their rivalry is perfectly portrayed by both Parth and Abhisekh! Those smirks and snide remarks! I feel like Harshad is doing what enemies do! Hate each other? Always worth a watch in my opinion!

Pros aside, coming to the cons! Harshad is a flirt! A healthy flirt? Maybe not... slightly more along the lines of being a player and maybe slightly manipulative as well,as seen with his previous relationship with Mukti

He is blinded by his ego, as he is willing to use innocent girls for his own intentions! A perfect imperfection? A blend of good and bad? Too soon to call upon his character? I don't know, I want to decide upon his character after the past reveals itself!

So for the time being, I am going to be a fence sitter on Harshad! Phew! Essay is done and dusted B)
