why does rishabh have problem whenever he sees dhruv ?

is there some connection between them as both are victims ?

I guess that's the mystery, I guess they both are connected in some way they both must have experienced the same incident that led to them having these attacks

but then why does not dhruv have the attacks when he sees rishabh ?

why is it only one way with rishabh ?

true but I have noticed that whenever Dhruv sees Rishabh he steps back a bit and doesn't feel comfortable and also I think Dhruv is much better than Rishabh
