You have a very good point rakshal, I mean I see what you are saying. Now that I think about it earlier when they were showing the guy throwing the dart at a picture of Angad and Kripa, I was doubtful it would be Karthik... because if it was him (Karthik) the picture would be Angad and only Angad's. Just another assumption, hope it makes sense.
I hate it when characters like Prithvi turn negative, but we never know. Besides playing such a character (with grey shades), definitely helps an actor's career.
