I think that while Angad may have resigned himself to a future course of action , I dont think that he has reconciled himself to a life without her .... afterall did u chk out that startled look he gave after he almost burst in on Prithvi's impromptu marriage proposal??? For a moment there I thought he'd fly off the handle again ......(was hoping for Vintage Angad - sigh!) and I also thought that Krips wud immediately say yes to Prithvi ....... just to spite Him and hurt him where he can be hurt most .... but Ekta apparantley didnt capitlise on this(!)

Well, he is totally and absolutely in love with her, no? She is his very essence: no matter, what a strong, manly man he is, his heart WILL bleed if she is not his. And when AK's heart bleeds, it shows in his eyes. :-/

I guess what I'm saying is that he will not, not, not take any active steps to getting KS back to him - anything that could make him happy is not important to him. The only thing that matters is making her happy. I think that look of misery is because all along even AK, the lion-hearted, always believed that KS still and always will love him. This evidence of anything to the contrary must've hurt... and I think this is why we all love AK a lot more than Prithvi. The intensity and the flavour of love and hurt and sacrifice is all so very different between these two.

So, NO, I cant say I truly agree with U .... But am in 100% agreement as far as ur take on Krips is concerned .......but after the stunt she pulled in court , dont u think that she has already started bending things a little??? Afterall , she practically lied to save both the parties didnt she??? .... Lucky that she had an unbelievably stupid set of lawyers there who didnt cross question her at all and a lap dog in the shape of the rape-victim's hubby who also accepted her words at face value .....

:-) I agree with you. I just think that _she_ doesn't know it yet. We, who have the advantage of being wiser in the matters of love, and are standing at a distance and watching it all, know better. :-)

He seems to know her better than she knows herself. The explainantion he gave Josh after the court case, was the exact reasons that Kripa did what she did. He was so proud of her even though she humiliated him. That for me was the cherry on the cake of Monday's episode.

Yup, that was indeed a very sweet aspect of the conversation between Josh and AK. He believes in her love for him; I find myself resigned to the fact that he knows her so much better than she knows herself. When have you _EVER_ met a guy like this? I'm not surprised he is fiction - he's that close to perfection. :-) And the miserable look that Angad_Diwani mentions in a previous reply shows us that he is not a god, despite being perfect, but a man who will bleed and cry when he is cut.

BTW, my chocolate-coated black cherry on Monday was the way his eyes flashed up when KS said he wasn't guilty, and then that smallest of smiles when he understand the story that she is spinning to prove it. :-)

(Start of AK-related gushing.) Soooo sweeet! (End of AK-related gushing.)

How true, he is almost perfection... sigh if only men like him existed in the real world. 😳 😳

Yeah the court scene was classic, though I think that he was shocked before his "eyes flashed", to use your words. After that brief shock, it was like " I never thought you would do any different and I expected nothing less".

He was so proud of her and that was clearly reflected in his smile. I loved that scene.

Hey SRK_Addict …. U did not only make sense ..... U made sense A-L-L the way gurl!!!

And Nits...... U r 100% rite. I think Angad is Angad because he can portray such a wide gamut of emotions ….. from a devil-may-care guy, to an obsessive compulsive luver... with an "I-cant-bear-it-if-the-wind-touches-
you-let alone–other-people" possessive take on his beloved.

We enjoy being on-again, off-again emotional roller coaster with him.... More than the width of his emotional canvas, I really enjoy the Utter Unpredictability of his character.... A silently suffering devdaas one minute and a fire breathing dragon the next…..how cool is that??? There is never a dull moment with him around.

But while Kripa's current predicament of standing at a crossroads of what to do next, can be appreciated, I strongly feel that Kripa is playing the situation ALL wrong……Kripa Baby - this ain't no way of taking a thorn out of your side...

Kripa is (mistakenly) assuming that by methodically robbing Angad of his career & worldly possessions, she is getting back at him & taking her revenge (all in one fell swoop) ….. But she can't be farther from the truth … and that is why her victory feels so HOLLOW (she admitted as much to her mother yesterday when she said that meray pass tou kuch bhi nahin hai).

I think that she needs to ruin him on a much more Intrinsic & Soul-shattering-level (Forgive me for sounding so Faustian!). But she needs to hurt him on a far more emotional sore point than she is currently doing…. Baby! This is what power play in Luv is all about .....two can play the game.....cowering behind a security blanket (i.e prithvi) will hardly take your heartache away..... there are otherwise of doing that...

If I was in her place … I'd concoct a much more headier cocktail. My revenge would be (to sound Shylockian) on a more base level: to use Angad's Luv against him. Kripa shud use the knowledge that she can get to Angad like no one can to her best advantage...he understands her (all too) well, like the scenes after the court case showed… but conversely she should show him that she too can get to him like no-one else can .... She can get under his skin & make a magarita out of him .... she shud feed his crazed jealousies at each opportunity she gets/ shake him to his core and make him realize what a sin he committed by distrusting n discarding her..... And do it in style!

Caesar said 'Alea iacta est' (The die has been cast) And if individual ruin is what's on the cards then after being ruined so completely, Kripa should re-arise from the ashes (like a phoenix) & change her strategy: she should REVEL in the power that she has over Angad and use it to her best advantage.... This way she will not only get a more meaningful revenge.... But in giving him as good as he gave her …may be (just maybe) she'll be able to put him behind her.....

Wat say Nits?? Am I being too severe??? 😕

No, AD. Its great that you can play devil's advocate. We all look at what Angad is doing, not thinking of how Kripa can get her revenge.

You're 100% right. The only way she can get Angad where it hurts the most is to use his love against him.

When Angad fell in love with Kripa, he always said that she showed him that there's more to him than being a star. So him loosing his stardom doesn't matter to him. He's always just wanted to be a man, an ordinary man who is loved for who he is not what he is.

Her taking his persona - "rock star" away from him means nothing. As it is he has brushed it off like brushing off a speck of lint from ones clothes. Its insignificant to him at this point.

Good points, Taniya. 👏
