Just wanted to tell you all that I won't be around much for the next few days - massive deadlines to meet. Will try to log on in between all the meetings.
I just wanted to leave you guys with this story about Angad / Iqbal.
Theres a lady that works for one of my clients and I liase with her constantly. She's a white lady that was never interested in Bollywood until she came to my office one day and saw a wallpaper of SRK on my screen. I then borrowed her K3G and shes been hooked on bollywood ond Shah Rukh ever since. We have become friends since then.
Well, she was at my office last week and saw a wallpaper of Iqbal /Angad and was totally bowled over. She started asking me all these questions and I finally got to telling her about KYPH. I even downloaded a few videoclips and showed tem to her. She's been hooked ever since.
She wanted to know everything and thats where this forum was so helpful. I printed out the updates from the first episode for her and now, even though she does'nt have Sony (Even if she did, she wouldn't understand as there are no subtitles), I need to keep her updated about the show on a daily basis. ( usually send her an email if i don't get to talk to her)
She feels everything that we do. I swear, her reactions when we discuss a perticular episode is the same as ours. You would think that she is watching the show herself.
I gave her the IF address, and she reads whatever she can, but like I said she doesn't understand the hindi parts. She loves the fanfics when I have time to explain the hindi parts to her.
She's shy about joining but loves the KYPH forum. She didn't want me to post this (she doesn't know) but will probably read it now. đ đ
Since I might not post anything or reply any posts for a few days (I will try), I just wanted to leave you guys with something to feel great about.
