I think she was selected for the role when she went without makeup!!. Ekta must have liked her freshness and innocence. They are spoiling her image with all the grease they paint on her. She looks good with a minimal makeup. That brings out her radiant eyes. The more the makeup, the more gross she looks.

I like the fact that they took Neha. She complements Angad's rugged look totally. And even the characters, Angad falling in love with a simple, innocent looking Kripa is so believable.

I really liked Neha in the beginning of KYPH! Especially in her inital scenes with Angad, the one where he falls over her..........and the one where he slaps her hand with his during the concert!

There is definitey something very innocent and girlish about Neha...........she is not beautiful in the conventional sense, but quite pretty! And yeah, the make-up really spoils her face! And on top of that it doesn't gel with her character.............I think she looks best with her simple Salwar Kameez and no make-up look!
