Hey Chilly,
Sweetie it feels great to see you back after awhile and your posts like always is simply wonderful. Great analysis on Prithvi and I totally agree that he depicts the best character in KYPH.
Prithvi is one of a kind, who understands the feelings of another individual and places their happiness before his own. It is very hard to make your heart understand that your love, loves someone else. The intensity of Prithvi's love is beyond words because he respects and has immense faith in Kripa, even when she broke not only his heart, but his sister's as well.
Prithvi has always supported and cared about Kripa's feelings and where her happiness lies. Prithvi is not only a true friend, but a true lover as well. Like a friend, he has always desired that she does not shed a tear and is able to face everyone. He gave her courage, when sorrows seemed to embrace her. The pain that he feels within nourishes courage and so he accepts circumstances with serenity. He is a person who reflects grace under pressure. He sees the love of his life in anguish and tries to give her guidance, enlightenment, and encouragement in every step of her way. It takes great courage to fulfill the dreams of your soulmate with someone else.
He has respected and cherished Kripa's friendship in every manner since his conscience is pure. He matches his aspirations with competence and determination to succeed in displaying Angad and Kripa's love to everyone. I mean his manifestation of holding onto the vision of his true love is just awe-inspiring. His emotional side is portrayed in a brilliant fashion, because he is too good at reaching out for the contentment of his beloved.
He cares for two people in love, who should be together for there is nothing stronger than the longing of two souls to be as one forever. Even though he wasn't a very close friend to Angad, Prithvi still respects that Angad truly loves Kripa and will brighten the sparkles in her eyes. I feel really bad for Prithvi at times for he values the feeling of love even though he is not getting his share, but peace has its own victories.
To conclude, I truly agree with your ideas about Prithvi that he is a gem of a man. His character simply represents moral excellence and his spirit grows each day as he confronts his inner self and the world.
