Gauri Pradhan gets a year older today, and doting hubby Hiten Tejwani is getting busy in the kitchen for once. But there's no English breakfast on its way. "I wish I could toss up a meal for Gauri. Unfortunately, I can't cook. I'm here making tea for her," says Tejwani.
Well celebrations started last night when Gauri was rushed to a suburban lounge bar. Little did she know that her husband has thrown a lavish party for her.
"It was meant to be a surprise for her. She thought I would be busy on the sets shooting for my shows and be back home only after midnight."
Tejwani has already heaped the birthday gifts before wifey, which includes a designer dress made under strict specifications, a jumbo-size bouquet comprising white flowers and a yummy cake, of course. "I took quite a few rounds of the designer's studio to ensure that everything was perfect. Gauri just loves white flowers so there was the bouquet," he says. Here's wishing Gauri a happy birthday!
