Hey guyz don't you think KANAN & NISHANT scenes were so CUTE❤️ in todayz episode. I really liked when the Nurse thought that their Husband-Wife.⭐️

What do U guyz think.

P.S. sorry if it's a boring topic but I just have let you know how do I feel. I just wanted to express my feelings.
