forget the fact tht it wasnt real but for her she believes in tradition and culture and stuff so a guy to do tht is a BIG thing. even if she hated the guy it would still hav affected her but not to the extent as ANGAD doin it has

but kripa herself said lipstick is not sindoor n never will be, so it sud'nt affect her in that way,

but if she felt insulted den i wud understan cos angad has just signed her wid a lipstick wich she hates!

i so agree with you...she didnt remove it coz she loves him and considers lipstick same as sindoor since it was placed in her maang serving the same purpose as of sindoor...

When blood can be considered as sindoor, then why not lipstick? Agreed that blood is red and the shade of lipstick used was pink, but hey you guys must have noticed that after angad left the room the lipstick on her forehead changed colour to red... Anyways coming back to the point i was tryin to make here, i have seen in soooooo many movies and serials that if the ladka fills the ladki's mang with anything in the shade of red to horrific pink, tho, ladki ban gayi dulhan...just yesterday, i was watching Gadar, sunny deol and amisha patel's movie and sunny makes amisha his wife by filling her maang, though old, i think that filling of maang is one hell of a tradition..see even in the case of emergencies, what has been shown in soooo many films and in movies is the simplest way to get the person in trouble out of trouble is by filling her maang...which i think is the most important part in a marriage...and i just caught the repeat of kyph, when angad fills kripa's maang, the marriage mantra's are going on behind... and immediately after doing that what does angad say..."Tumhare liye ye rishta ho, bandhan ho, commitment ho ya kuch bhi, mere liye iski koi mayne nahi lagti" or somethin like that is what brings tears to kripa's eyes and that is why she reacted.. its like what indiantv said, its not what he did but what he said that made kripa react like the way she did... Emotionally, she was always attached to him, traditionally she had just got bound to him though missing a little more small things...der hai tho ab sirf legal attachment ki... so i guess it was a pretty huge blow to her when he said such things....

Ok this has officially become wayyy tooo long...who knows, we maybe right we maybe wrong, but at the end of all this, we know that we are just trying to convince ourselves right....

u can't compare blood with lipstick...blood has more value

as 4 the scenez ur talking about...these scenez happen in such places where it is easier 2 find sindoor, e.g near a temple or something
