No offense to Mishty's fans but it seems to be that it is all Mishty's plan. She has hired Sheetal to do all this and create misunderstanding between Kripa and Angad. I am even not sure whether she is really married or she is just acting up with Mr. Mittal. Just a thought...

Other possibility is that Mishty knows that Sheetal is Kripa's best friend and thus she is doing everything on purpose to show to Sheetal that she and Angad have affair..
