Ok so Rishi is actually Angad. After Avantika killed her husband, Dilip n' Naina adopted Rishi and changed his name to Angad.(thank god i love the sexy name Angad)

But I don't think Naina knows anything rite? Cuz why is Dilip hiding everything from her?
