Unless Josh's character will be revived, I think that Prithvi will confess before he dies. He will state jealousy and love for Kripa for the lunatic behaviour.

Yup, I hope he tells all the truth, because or else
Kripa will never believes Angad because even if after
Prithvi's dies, he tells her the truth, she won't believe him so it's better that Prithvi, himself, tells all the truth before leaving. But I hope so.
