Thanks Sangu di.

You know all the times we all say we cry, we use the words "sob", "sniff", "Bawl", as a way of expressing our emotions, but yesterday was one of the few times that I was actually in tears.

Neha was great yesterday, but the show belonged to Iqbal, who has outperformed and surpassed all his prior performances.

I only logged on this afternoon to post this and only got back now. Will check out your post right away.

For some reason, i dont agree with what you said here. Because i feel angad did the same thing to kripa. Rember when he took Mishty behind the pillar and told her that these were scratches from mishty. Isnt it kinda this the same situation? I mean kripa just called him to let him know that he didnt break her marriage, just like how angad took mishty behind the pillar and told kripa about it.

I feel if we hate kripa then we should hate angad as well...or is it right for a man to do these things but not a woman??

sorry if i offended anyone..... 😊

Thnks for liking it, Nisha. This analysis was the most difficult one for me to write, in all the time I've been posting here on I-F, whether on my own post or as a reply in Nitu's and Amal's, as it was heart breaking to watch. Though it is without a doubt one of the best episodes of KYPH. Definately one for the history books of KYPH.

Somehow, I don't think even Dr Modi will be able to help me forget this episode.

And I agree that time heals all wounds, but it's going to be a long, slow, torturous trek before that happens. I hurt for both Angad and Kripa, and shake my fists in anger at the cruel hand that fate has dealth them.

If you don't mind, I'll use your mantra as well, as just the idea of them getting married is a welcomed thought to me....be it in love or for fight-club.

Kripa did not decide to submit herself to Pritvi just like that. She had waited for more than a year; and it only proves how devoted she was to Angad. But when Angad came back as Zaib, he was able to confide his identity with every one except Kripa and Dadi. He scooped to such a low level as to break Mishty's engagement; just to take vengeance on Kripa. He was that old Angad again. No, he is NOT worth Kripa's love any more. He lost it.

I have to disagree with you here. Yes, she was devoted to Angad, but Angad was also devoted to her. He hurts her, but she also hurts him....and if he stoops to lows to get at her, well then she does the same. Her "submitting herself" to Prithvi was for all the wrong reasons. Had she done it because she loved Prithvi, then It would have been the right thing, but to do so, just to get back at Angad, to prove a point....that she was over him...well, she was fooling herself....she hurt him and broke him, but in turn she hurt herself as well.

I'm not going to get into this topic as we've discussed it in other posts, but to say that HE Does not deserve her love....thats what I disagree with most of all.

Despite what they do to each other, they both deserve each other, they both deserve each other's love!!! We might lament, rage, and be upset with either one or the other at one point or another, but this is the one thing we stand firm on.....they are meant for each other.

That's the loveatic in me talking, pushing down all the logics and reasons why they should not be together. And at the end of the day, that loveatic in me is what keeps me watching the show, the loveatic in me is what is so sure that at the end of it all, their love will conquer all.

Forget everything else, and let love rule!! Angad and Kripa are linked, entertwined and their names have been written in the stars, side by side, and no matter how many obstacles are thrown their way, no matter how many cruel hands they are handed....this is the one thing that will be their saving grave....THEIR LOVE!!!

Thanks for liking it, dear. And you didn't offend me. 😊

Let me just say this......Hate is too strong a word and and too violent an emotion to be used lightly, in any situation.

I'm disheartened and dis-illisioned at the turn of events. I am upset and unhappy at her actions and right now I'm on Angad's side, because of what he went through yesterday.

Right now, I might not be sympathatic towards Kripa, I want Angad to get his revenge. Right now, I feel that it will be hard for me to forgive her, but who knows, if the situation were to change, and it will change, then so will my views.

In a few wpisodes, when Angad and Kripa marry, I will all root for them , despite the fact that it will be a continuation of their fightclub......and the day they truly forgive each other and put the past behind them, to build a future together, I will be one of the rignleaders, cheering them on, rooting for their love to be stronger, for them to stand united in all manners, against all obstacles, and when they ride into the sunset together, I'll shed tears of pure joy.

So no, I DO NOT Hate Kripa. I don't think I ever will.

Hi guys.....

I can't believe it actually happened. Even though I was expecting it, I had hoped beyond all hope that even if Kripa did sleep with Prithvi, she wouldn't make the dreaded phone call, but my worse fears became a reality as she did just that.

Setting it up, with the phone face down, so that Prithvi wouldn't notice, she started talking to Prithvi, saying that Angad was in her past and that she loved only Prithvi, and that she was willing to take the next step in their relationship, but it didn't end there……though it wasn't shown that Angad was listening to Kripa and Prithvi while they slept together, it was implied.

I felt disgusted when I had read the tidbit of what was going to happen, and I know that it will be a long time before I EVER LOOK AT Kripa the same way, before I can forgive her for what she did…..but yesterday, more than disgusting, I felt sad, hurt and drained at what this show and these characters do to me. I felt numb as I set there in utter misery as these events played out on my screen, the tears streaming down my cheeks unchecked at the pain that these two always put each other through. And though I really did try to see it from Kripa's point of view, all I could see was the horrendous, Herculean mistake that she was making……and deep down she knew it too, as that single tear was not one of joy or ecstasy, but one of deep sadness.

IQBAL!!!! O.M.G!!!! He was brilliant yesterday. He has surpassed all of his prior performances last night with what I consider his best performance to date. I would actually rate it better then the scene where he told his parents that his child was dead(Which was all-time fave scene of his), but this is now, to me, his best!!!

Angad, in the rehearsal hall is lost in his memories of him and Kripa, sadness written all over his face, but as he listened to Kripa over the phone, his sadness was replaced by sock at what he was hearing, then the closing of his eyes in pain when she said that she was willing to fulfill her wifely duties…..and as her conversation continued, along with the pain was anger…..Anger at what she was about to do, the slight hardening of his eyes and the tightening of his jaw.

The intensity of which he hit those drums, in an effort to drown out the sounds, to drown out her words, to drive the images out of his head, but these images will never leave him. Along with Kripa this will haunt him for many a days to come. And as those images in his head continues to flow, he finally snapped…..going wild by thrashing the drums, flinging whatever was in his path aside, in an attempt to assuage his pain, yet that was not to be, as he bellowed out Kripa's name……and in that one word was a gut wrenching anguish, a pain-filled scream that came from the inner most and deepest part of his shattered soul.

And once again in a vain attempt to rid himself of his thoughts he turned to alcohol to find some sort of solace, in the hopes that it would numb the pain, but alas, the memories still continues to hound haunt him…..the time on the bridge, her birthday when he put sindoor on her forehead, the warehouse scene where he watched as Prihvi placed the engagement ring on her finger, the scene where their physical beings were separate, yet their souls remained locked in each others arms…..and as these memories continued to flood his mind, his sadness was replaced by an anger…..no….a RAGE so intense, so all-consuming that he trembled with its force, and still the memories refused to leave him alone. The lipstick sindoor scene, the time she slapped him in the rehearsal hall.

And if that wasn't bad enough, to top it all, they slept in his bedroom!!!! Angad stood outside his bedroom looking like a lost boy, talking to Prithvi in a subdued manner and as Prithvi unknowingly confirmed what had transpired the night before, tears welled in Angad's eyes.

As for Kripa, wasn't it enough that she destroyed his soul in that one phone call, that she had to drive the knife deeper by her cutting words to him…..and as she spoke, he stood there impassively…..his eyes were dead, as dead as his soul……that is until she asked him if he wasn't going to congratulate her, as she was finally a wife….he turned his face away, but those eyes flicked back to her. And if that weren't enough she drove the final nail in his coffin, and in turn her own, by thanking him!!!!

I'm sorry, but HOW MUCH LOWER could she get!!!! Has she satisfied herself at what she had achieved....NO!!! Is she happy…..NO!!! Is she still looking at him with pain, sadness and longing….YES!!!! SO WHY KRIPA, WHY!!!!

I HAVE NO SYMPATHY FOR HER NOW. As she stood there, her back to Angad, crying, I felt numb, no sympathy, nothing!!! Call me cold if you want, because that's exactly how I was feeling last night. All I could think was that she did this willingly, even though she knew it was wrong, even though she knew it would destroy Angad and hurt you. All I could think of was Angad's pain.

Angad walked to his beadroom, trepidation filled him as what he was going to find. I guess seeing the remnants of Kripa and Prithvi's night together, made it all the more real to him. And in a fit of rage he desperately tries to rid all the "evidence" from his sight, then backing away from the bed…..and just like that, all anger leaves him as he collapses to the floor, openly sobbing, gripping his head as once again he is filled with happier times with Kripa, and then images of Kripa's night with Prithvi.

And as this slide show of memories played in his mind, his pain, still palpable, gets pushed to the back. Once again rage took over and he snuffed out the flame of a lone candle, just like he's going to snuff out Kripa's marriage, and her.

Trembling all the while, his eyes close for a few seconds, then he stills and a sort of calm comes over him, his eyes open, fierce determination and cold fury, promising retribution shines from his eyes…….TRULY THE CALM BEFOR THE STORM!!!

If you guys want to call it "moral policing" then go ahead and do so, because though I tried not to take sides, I couldn't help it. Right now I'm behind Angad 1000%.....all the way!!!

But here's a question that has been nagging me since last night. We all know that Kripa is hurting as well, but now that she has taken this step, Prithvi will expect her to be a wife in the truest sense of the word....and since she only did this to get back at Angad.....how will she handle his expectations....how will she vring herself to give herself to Prithvi again while her heart and soul cried for Angad???

I am worn out, weary, numb and my heart is bleeding at these two foolish people ans what they d oto each other and us.

Luv

Hafsa - whose heart is still crying at what occured yesterday.

Hafsa, nice analysis.👏

I will add something to your analysis here. Many people were discussing about her sleeping with Prithvi and the single tear drop that fell from her eyes. I wanted to reply to Komal's post, but so many posts have come after that, that I am not able to browse to the post.

According to Kripa, she was married to him the day he put sindoor on her forehead. That is the reason she thought that the night she spent with him was precious and pure.

Angad had humiliated her about that very night that she kept very dear to her heart. He threatened and insulted her womanhood and her love in all possible ways, she was feeling that earth should open up and sky should fall on her. That pain was too much for her and was an extra load on the already suppressed to the brim pain.

She had to further hear that he hated her so much that he wanted to ruin her, her family, her marriage.

She had to save her family, her marriage, her single support system that she counted on and that she got unconditionally, the respect and honor, and love without expectations from Prithvi. She had to pay back something in return to all that she got from Prithvi, something that he wanted from her but still respected her feelings. She had to fulfil the wishes of the person (Angad) whom she loved the most and dedicated everything to him. In her own words, she had worshipped him.

She loved Angad so much that, she might have thought, "I gave everything of mine to you. Now, you want my destruction. So be it. I will make it easier for you. You want me to cry so much that there are no more tears left. So, I will cry today and the last drop will fall from my eyes as a tribute to our love and hate relation". The sole tear drop symolized the last thing that she could surrender for her love towards Angad. The tears she tried to control after the conversation seemed to be like a farewell given to a Dulhan when she leaves her mother's place to start a new life with her husband and in-laws.

I also like to add that, all the pain that you described that Angad suffered, he called it for himself. He should not have insulted Kripa's love so much that she had no other option. He is also using Mishty everytime as a shield like a coward. Cowardness and ego does not go hand in hand for a long time. If he were to be brave, he should have openly come out with the fact that he is Angad and should have proved that he is not the murderer and he did not sleep with Simone. Instead, he is aiming all his anger at the person whom he claims that he loved the most and after knowing very well that she loved him, and is loving him so much that she has not completely accepted Prithvi in her life even after marriage.

Hafsa terrific analysis! We disagree on many aspects of the show though... Instead of re-typing why I think Kripa was just as much a victim in this episode as Angad was, ill just simply copy and paste what I said in another post...but before I do that I just wanted to say that Angad DID NOT hear P-K consummating the marriage.

1.) Had he been hearing it do you really think that P-K wouldnt hear drums being played in the background over a cell phone?

2.) There is a vast difference between the way P-K's consummation scenes were portrayed. In one there is a white backdrop with Kripa smiling throughout the union, then with the scene without the white light we see Kripa's bangles being broken and one single tear falling down Kripa's cheek. He did not listen to it happening, but he imagined how it would be...which was the dream sequence with the ethereal quality. The moment the bangles broke, was the moment BOTH the dream and reality emerged into one, and we went back to seeing what was really happening. Kripa wasnt smiling, she was crying as her soul shattered into a million pieces.

Now on to the post from before..."
I know many people hated today's episode but I actually thought it was a beautifully portrayed show. Everything was perfect in respect to the essence of what KYPH is. From the picturization of the song and the scenes, to the entire irony of the events, everything fit. Today ROCKED. Not only that the actors did an AMAZING job.

Prithvi will be the eternal innocent lover (I said innocent lover not innocent murderer mind you), and Amit portrayed this core characteristic engrained in Prithvi's every action, perfectly. Prithvi KNOWS Kripa doesn't love him but still he wants to believe it. For Prithvi belives that only with ignorance can you obtain eternal bliss.

Kripa. What to say about Kripa. Neha let me first say you rock, girl! The scene with A-K was PERFECTLY depicted. You could see the hurt in Kripa's eyes and the pain anad anger in Angad's. This girl is on a mission to punish herself and tear apart her soul. Inch by inch. I don't think Angad will have anything left to destory in regards to lovely Krips' because I think Kripa will destroy herself all on her own.

To me, A-K are like the earth and the rain. Angad is the earth, and Kripa is the rain. Angad is twisted in both morals and values. He is marred by the dirty deeds of his past yet still the rain replenishes him and attempts to wash away all the dirt from his past. But should the rain never fall upon the ground, the earth itself will dry up and eventually crack. Cracking to the point where it will becoming hard and cold, and impossible to penetrate. Just like our Angad is now. But lets not forget about the rain. Unable to shower her love onto the ground, our lovely rain will begin to become an all-consuming thunderstorm. Lashing out at whatever and whomever she can, and today Kripa has become just that.

I cant tell you how I felt when I saw Kripa's lone tear fall out of her eye. We always forget that Kripa thinks Angad cheated on her. Even today she carries the scars of this wound upon her heart. Be it for revenge (and I truly dont think it was for revenge) or simply to appease the one man who has continued to stand by her, today Kripa gave up yet another part of herself. She killed another bit of that innocence so that she would become immune to the love for Angad that flows through her veins. Kripa and Angad are both trying to turn into stone cold monsters, killing each other and themselves, because they KNOW that without the other their lives arent worth living at all. Kripa isnt happy in the life she is in, yet she stays. Why? Because Kripa has become but a shell of the dreamer she used to be. What dreams did Kripa have when she first came to Mumbai and how many of those dreams are still existent today? She isnt a singer, and she isnt with Angad. Everything that Kripa built her life around is gone. Thus gives rise to Mrs. Kripa Bhose. The woman who is NOT Kripa. She cares nothing about her own dreams, she simply wants to punish herself for ever dreaming in the first place, and quite frankly it is a desolate thought to consider.

Angad my dear, no words for you. IQ your potrayal of Angad throughout the entire episode was AMAZING! When Angad saw the bed you SEE the fear in his eyes. The man was trembling at the thought that the love of his life had just spent the night on THAT bed with another man. It was worth watching this episode for Angad's reaction alone...the man went utterly INSANE. Nitica was right, as soon as Angad extinguished that candle I just knew that that candle symbolized all the love and memories that were within his heart for Kripa. It was the final straw for him, and consummating her marriage to Prithvi was the final straw for Kripa. Both were holding back in COMPLETELY hating each other. Kripa could never give herself completely to another man nor could Angad completely erase Kripa from his heart. But after today nothing will remain in the eyes of these two. Angad and Kripa both will have eyes of stone, emotionless in their actions and desolate in their souls.

I dont really want to blame Kripa or Angad for this anymore. They are both insane. Thats the only thing that can be said about them. I didnt feel angry at either of them, I just felt pity. Pity for both Angad and Kripa as they continue upon this quest of annihilation, of both each other and themselves. In all honesty all i kept thinking throughout the entire episode was "Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai".
