There are no words in the dictionary of any language to describe the sparks that flew today. Angad and Kripa's heated confrontation will go down in the record books as one of the best. I especially loved the part where Angad with intense love filled eyes whispers in Kripa's ear 'I love you Kripa' Ufff...too good. Those words are still ringing in my ears.

Nitu di, I think the whole forum will to go on a communal TV shopping day if A-K continue to spontaneously combust. But I think this is ridiculous. How many TV sets can a person buy? The salesmen at my local electronics store know me on a first name basis now. Angad or Kripa mujhe kangaal karke chodenge.

So, The K-team has done some spring cleaning and lo-and-behold.....The mangalsutra has been found!!! Along with that, steam-roller Angad has made a fabulous return and Kripa, as usual seems to wither in front of him.


Angad was hurting.....hurting at the thought of ruining his friends life, hurting at the circumstances that have led him to take such drastic measures....hurting at not having his love at his side. The old Angad, the one who was taught to believe in love....the one who had opened himself up to love, has been engulfed in the flames of rage, and vengeance and he will do whatever it takes to get his own back.


Mishty was totally clueless to Zaib's melancholy, to his pain, as he stared reflectively into the flames.


And for us, the long awaited fight-club is on full force, beginning with the explosive confrontation between Angad and Kripa......both wounded lovers, who are in denial about the truth that is blatantly reflected in each others eyes. If only they cast their ego's aside, and open their hearts they will see what we all see......that these two are still so much in love with each other, that they can't bear to even see each other's tears.


The confrontation between Angad and Kripa today, was raw, tender, sad....all rolled into one. As Kripa continued with her stubborn streak of insisting that he is Angad, and him finally having enough and openly and forcefully admitting the truth.....which only brought tears to our lady's eyes as she looked both happy and sad to hear him admitting it.


Angad, who was battling his emotions from the get-go, stared unflinchingly at her during her whole tirade….until.....until........she said that she use to forget everything when he said I LOVE YOU.....the unflinching stare disappeared, as he glanced or at least tried to glance away, the slight opening of his lips and the convulsive swallowing indicating just how much his hearing those words affected him. In a milli-second, gone was all the fury, only to be replaced by a look of such intense love and longing, but filled with sadness as he said "I LOVE YOU" to her......that he loved the to the depths of insanity only to have his love betrayed........BAAAWWWWLLLL!!!

As for Kripa, the moment she heard those precious words, all the wind left her sails, her eyes filled with yearning and joy and I thought if he had only said it one more time, with out berating her, she would have flung herself into his arms.......Sigh!!! If only things could go the way I want them to.


Kripa flaunting her marriage in Angad's face was a challenge that a wounded and betrayed lover has been waiting for. Kripa's mangalsutra is her shield against Angad...a wall of defense which Angad will easily and willingly break down. Kripa, under Angad's intense scrutiny and mocking, just shrinks.....she flounders, she stammers, she cries......and as Angad hit it on the nail, those tears are for him, those emotions are for him and only him.....Prithvi, could go take a flying leap off the Grand Canyon, for all Angad cares.


Angad retreats for now, leaving a shattered Kripa silently sobbing into her handkerchiefs, leaning against the door of her car, while he once again stares sightlessly into the night.....both lost in their memories of their times spent together....the happy and not so happy days....both wounded beyond words, both tired and weary after their confrontation....and as Kripa turned to look back at the house, I was hoping that she throws all caution to the wind, and just run back , straight into Angad's arms...Sigh!!! Once again I ask....why can't things go the way I want them to???


Then we get Zaib an Mishty.....IN THE KHANNA HOUSE, if I may point out!!! Aarrghhhh......get it right for once, people!!.....with Zaib playing the ideal future son-in-law, who wants to get the family's approval for this marriage as it's the right thing to do.

THE RIGHT THIGNG!!!! Don't get me started on this....the way I was blasting him at his point, should I put down half of my yesterday's ranting: 1) the post would be too long and 2) The mods would definitely give me a warning or a hundred!!!!


And after all my rantings and ravings, all that I could think of was How can you so impassionedly tell Kripa that you love her only to repeat those words to Mishty, so surely, so confidently, without a flinch, without breaking down....Yikes!!! Talk about cold and determined!!!


KRIPA PLEASE FIGHT!!!! Don't let him steamroll all over you….it was the feisty you that he fell in love with, that challenged his perceptions……please do so again so that the two of you can get back on track!!!

Wow Nits.. Lovely as usual.... 👏

The chemical scene b/w Kripa & Angad was WOWIE! Your rating of 8.5 is bang on. The clinchers for me were:

1)The way he said 'I love you to her' – I just knew he was gonna say it to her to test her out and he did! And what was beautiful was that after he said it : they really were angad & kripa for some 3 mins – just talking abt what had gone awry b/w them … FANTABULOSO!!

2)The way he kept on touching her thru out this scene
(and she didn't seem to mind --- not even after being nearly 'mauled' by him the other day. Me thinks that the lady doth protest too much (& that too at the wrong times!)


3) The way he moved to wipe her tears and she brushed him off (Ouch! For zaib...It kinda angered him more)

4) The way the song "zindagi mein kissi key koi aey na rabba" was shot on both of 'em That ROCKED !

Apart from the obvious 'wow factor … some 'howcome(s)…' came to my mind & I wanna point these out…


HOWCOME # 1:
Howcome kripa's tears just come out pat on cue the min 'Angad's' name is mentioned? Neha – Gurl u deserve some kudos for putting that glycerine to 'bang on mode' for the audience. Awesome!!!


HOWCOME # 2:
Howcome Kripa doesn't slap angad with the fact that she keeps pushing in others faces – that " iss inssan ney mujh sey meraa sangeet bhi cheen liya" … how come she didn't say this to him y/day? All she sayz these days is : Aisi ghatya harkat sirf angad hee kar sakta hai … say what??? Sing a diff tune kripa puhleeez …. Oops ! I forgot … U cant sing now !!! So we have to hear u rant the same line!!!

Note to Angad: Buddy One of these days u shd ask her point blank --- which ghatyaa harkat is she referring to anyway? And ahem...😳 Promptly rectify it with a 'non-ghatiya harkat!" 😉 Catch my drift ....?


HOWCOME # 3:
How come Kripa's marital accessories are shown to be singularly exclusive. Have u noticed that she while she was wearing her 'precious mangalsutra' today ( maybe as Nits said as a defense against Zaib) she was NOT wearing her precious wedding ring? ( she has been flouting that ugly reminder in zaib's face and yet when she has this major showdown they show her hands and hey presto! It just AINT there!)

Is this like some weird fashion combo in ekta land – that u cant sport ONE and ONLY ONE marital accessory? 😆 😆 😆 I.e. wedding ring but no m/sutra or m/sutra but no wedding ring.

Ppl, just slap me silly, but I just don't get this 'singularly exclusive' mantra of kripa madam …. And moreover. The tempestuous Zaib also DIDN'T notice the ring's absence either. Oh my … what (another )explosive scene we would have had--- only if ekta's creative unit had made this into a scene as well. That her wedding ring too is JUST an accessory for her !


HOWCOME # 4:
Howcome Damini Bose is NOT surprised to see her daughter so smitten with an Angad Look alike … why was this angle ignored …. Afterall… if everyone inclu angad's mom suspected zaib of being angad … shoulnt Damini have been shown incredulous as mishty came downstairs clasping his hand…


HOWCOME # 5:
Angad/ Zaib keeps on saying " mujhey 14 saal ki saaza hui… tum janti ho 14 saal kitney hotey hain?? This blooper again … I wanted to break out into song … :" Iss deewaney larkey ko koi samjhaey: That sazaa 3 saal kee thee 14 ki nahin!!!! But seeing as how KICKASS he was in y/day episode … Me gonna forgive him one more time for this calculation error. 😉

My 'Sympathies of the day' go to ...

Mishty Madam ... Jo ghar key ander ghoray (aur gadhey) dunno baich kar so rahi theen! Mishty my daahling .... jo soya wo royaaa!

Ooops! What a faux pas! Coz rona to tumko hai! Afterall .... u aint getting zaib, come hell or high water!

Me 'paying the devil his dues of the day' go to Zaib:
The cold blooded way in which he has planned out mishti's barbaadi is ... just plain admirable... and the way he said 'mein tumhari qurbani deyney ko tayaar hoon." Why not Hon? Me singing : qurbani, qurbani qurbani! Allah ko pyaari hai qurbani!

Apart frm that .... Z&K's showdowns keep getting better and better .... Hafsooo where is that industrial strength coolant I asked for ? 😛

Haaan.... Ekta has employed some good spring cleaners BUT have u noticed the 'model' has changed ... this was not the same one she dropped in the desert sands of dubai ... I remeber that was more ornate and bigger! what's that I hear : u think I am mad! 😆 😆 u r quite rite... but I did notice that one quite upclose! so take me word for it...

Yes... yes .. on both counts ... initially they showed him remorseful but later on , when he mentioned 'qurbaani' I was floored by how cold he sounded ... how zoned-in on his 'prey'he was... and as u said Mishty was lost, in her own world, like an ostrich with her head in the sands... women I tell u - they can be such dunces! Aaaarggghhhhhhh ... if only she had NOT made the mistake of pursuing a very much taken and obssessed with another man, i wudda felt sorry for her!

Yes... yes & yes .... this scene was FANTABULOUS !!!! And both IQ& neha were at their best! I was inwardly bawwwwllling as well... It was well done ... not a single cue missed ... not a single emotion over done : JUST PURRRRFECT!

hafsooo... i would prefer if P took that leap without a parachute ... Good riddance i'd say! But then zaib's work would not be half as interesting would it ??? Me looking forward to more sessions - where as u put it so beautifully ... the mockery, the scrutiny, the tearing down of her defences-- comes ... bit by bit! What a treat that will be to watch! Rubbing my hands in glee!

U know what ... I thought that he had said those golden words just to test her to see if she'd do just that when he said it to test her claim .... she didnt but after he said em' some wall b/w them actually fell & they were just A & K talking : No pretense, no walls b/w them. Did u notice how visibly he sofetened up for just an iota until the final challenge and by then zaib was back in full form???

Yes.... me noticed this toooo... they showed the infamous staircase with the yellow circles in the b/ground as well...! I think I knwo that place better than my own home now! Bt ekta's blooper making machine never goes outta gas! 😕

Yes.... Clinical is the term that came to my mind when I heard em... like he had memorised his lines and was just deivering em to mishty on 'auto' .... I tell ya ... she will make a great vamp once zaib is done with her!

Looking forward to an escalation of the A-K fight club ....... 😛
