Hey everyone,

To all who are reading this, please do respond! I am trying something different this time.We have seen Angad-Kripa's love and anger in love…so I thought of asking you all something! I selected few quotes that I think greatly relate to our love-birds…and I would really want to know which one who guys think suits them the best. Do make sure that you think of these quotes for both Angad and Kripa and just not either one of them! Select the one keeping their points of view in your mind and if possible please try to explain which one you chose and why. No pressure, but please do give it a try! If you don't wish to give a reason, just select the one you believe describes their feelings as Angad-Kripa, not Zaib-Kripa. Here are the following quotes:

1) "Don't ever give up if you still want to try, don't ever wipe your tears if you still want to cry. Don't ever settle for an answer if you still want to know. Don't ever say you don't love him if you can't let him go."

2) "You hurt me more than I deserve, how can you be so cruel? I love you more than you deserve, why am I such a fool?"

3) "People say that love doesn't cost, but then again, why do so many people pay for it?"

4) "How can I promise you forever when tomorrow is so far away from me? How can I dry your tears when I have a bleeding heart inside of me? How can I ever forget you when your name is etched so deep within me?"

5) "Why am I afraid to lose you when you're not even mine..."

6) "I've always wondered if my life would have been better if I hadn't met you, but then I think of what my life would have been like if I hadn't."

7) "You taught me how to love; you taught me how to live; you taught me how to laugh; you taught me how to cry, but when you left, you forgot to teach me how to forget you."

8) "I told myself that the time will come when I'll stop loving you and the distance we have, I'll forget you. But then I realized that since you left me, time had stopped and distance had no measure!"

9) "How can you hate someone so much but love them even more?"

10) "Seems like just yesterday, you were a part of me. I used to stand so tall, I used to be so strong; your arms around me tight, everything felt so right - unbreakable, like nothing could go wrong. Now I can't breathe. No, I can't sleep; I'm barely hanging on. Here I am, once again, I'm torn into pieces. Can't deny it, can't pretend, just thought you were the one. Broken up, deep inside, but you won't get to see the tears I cry."

So, what did you guys think of them? I would love you hear your response!

-Love4ever!

Hey nice poll

My answer is Quote #7.

7) "You taught me how to love; you taught me how to live; you taught me how to laugh; you taught me how to cry, but when you left, you forgot to teach me how to forget you." - I think this quote is the best 4 Angad, bcz Angad didnt believe in love, that was Kripa who taught him how to love, after that his life changed, & he felt that he cant live w/o Kripa.. Ya that's true.. Kripa taught Angad everything, but forgot 2 taught him that how 2 forget her, & how 2 throw away her from Angadz heart.

Hey Angad-kripa4eva,

"7) "You taught me how to love; you taught me how to live; you taught me how to laugh; you taught me how to cry, but when you left, you forgot to teach me how to forget you." - I think this quote is the best 4 Angad, bcz Angad didnt believe in love, that was Kripa who taught him how to love, after that his life changed, & he felt that he cant live w/o Kripa.. Ya that's true.. Kripa taught Angad everything, but forgot 2 taught him that how 2 forget her, & how 2 throw away her from Angadz heart."

Sweetie, you have given a great reason for your selection and I greatly thank you. But dear, don't forget that it's not only for Angad, but also fits in Kripa's mind. Agreed we saw Angad explicitly learning the idea of love from Kripa…but Kripa also realized about love from her very first image of Angad and what he thought of love(even though it was fake). Her world changed after meeting him..for she saw love, pure, understanding and being with the one we care for ever! Can we say Angad taught her how to forget him? In Kripa's mind, Angad is the wrong one for she thinks he betrayed her by sleeping with someone else (which we know is not true). Both are sailing in the same boat, yet unaware of the depths the sea of love contains.

What a beautiful post. 👏 All the quotes really touched me, but I'll have to go for no. 5 because I think it applies to both A-K equally. Sorry for the long reply. 😳

5) "Why am I afraid to lose you when you're not even mine..."

This is short, sweet and sums up Angad and Kripa's love. The reality is that they were afraid to lose each other even when they WERE together. They love each other to such immearsurable depths that even the slightest hint of losing the other makes them zealous. That's why it was so easy for others like Naina and Prithvi to come between them. Their lack of trust for each other isn't due to their lack of love for each other, but due to their colossal love for each other. Their love was the fulfillment of their dreams and hopes. And the happiness that they experienced being together was just too good to be true for them, so much so that they created their own faults and flaws in their beautiful relationship.

Now that Angad and Kripa actually aren't together physically, they still fear losing each other. They won't allow themselves to be with each other, but are ready to slay the other if they even think about being with anyone else. The ring on Kripa's finger haunts Angad everyday, just like Angad's closeness with Mishty haunts Kripa.

Angad knows he possesses Kripa's heart and soul, and he's afraid that maybe one day Kripa will snatch those most precious items from him and give those to Prithvi as well. And Kripa feels the same way, which is why she is doing anything to keep Mishty away from Angad, because Angad is hers. They're both afraid of losing each other again even when they are not together. Really, Kaisa yeh pyar hai?

Angad and Kripa's love is just like the quote, maddening, confusing, but extremely beautiful. 😳

Again, beautiful post. 👏

Hey AngadKripa4eva,

That was an amazing explanation you gave, simply wonderful. The only thing that I wonder about what you said that I slightly disagree with…is that I don't think they possess one another. Isn't it so amusing to see two people so deeply in love—yet not adhering to the real meaning of it? They can't stand the sight of each other as they claim to hate one another, yet can't stay a day away without seeing.

In general, the strange thing is we always fear losing people who we dearly love…but turning such a fear into insecurity is another thing. Like you said, they turned jealous and lost faith in one another, yet were bound in chains of love no matter what happened. Even now, when their thoughts of destroying are fuming in air, they can't comprehend it within their hearts. Kaisa ye pyar hai?

She might not be his, or he might not be her at this point, but they are always in each other's thoughts, memories, desires, and feelings…in sum in their SOULS!

Once again, thank you dear…I am glad you liked the post. I am so happy to see few responses…and would love to read more from others!

-Love4ever!

P.S. – some of you might think it's a hard selection to pick from, but go with your heart! 2 people so deeply in love, yet denying to the core—love can't be explained, but can't we make an attempt to show the power of love over hate. Just try reasoning…we can do it guys!

Rinku. I want to pick all of them. They are all really beautiful!

But if I have to pick (and this is a difficult choice) it would be the following:

4) "How can I promise you forever when tomorrow is so far away from me? How can I dry your tears when I have a bleeding heart inside of me? How can I ever forget you when your name is etched so deep within me?"

1st sentence: That has always been the case with them hasn't it. Kripa came to Mumbai seeking Angad, the person she loved (though it was his persona that she loved at the time), and he being a rockstar, never believed in love, never thought of tomorrow. Here was a man who lived for today, so how could he, even had he believed in love, promise forever to someone else, when he never thought of it for himself.

2nd sentence: Both of them, through circumstances have had their hearts ripped apart, both blaming each other, both claiming to hate each other.....both denying their feelings for each other, yet crying silent tears in solitude for each other. Until they come to have peace in their lives, until they get the chance to resolve their issues, to overcome all the obstacles in their paths, their hearts will still bleed, and when they are themselves shedding tears, what hope is there for them to see each others tears, much less dry them.

3rd Sentence: Every thing that they do, whether in hate, in angeer, in love, in vengence is done with the other in mind. They are two bodies with one soul....so entiwned with each other that even if they go to seperate ends of the earth, they will yearn for each other, Their hearts will still cry our for each other. They hurt each other, but they inturn feel the same pain. Should the one leave, despite all protests to the contrary the other feels an empty space inside of them....... Forget each other??? That isn't a possiblity!!!

I hope that it made some sense.

btw, the last one is from Kelly Klarkson: Behind these hazel eyes, right??? I love her.....I love the song!!!

Luv

First of all,L4E, all ur quotes are fantabulous ... 👏 and that makes chosing one really really difficult .... but I will vote for:

9) "How can you hate someone so much but love them even more?"

As my fav quote reflecting A-K's feelings .

Why? welll.... simply coz it puts into words very beautifully the 'paradox' that is love... water and ice, obession and compassion, trust & distrust ....Never all black and white ... never dull and boring, never easily preditable .... but contradictory, all encompassing, all demanding, all taking .... like a mine field ... always with 'shades of grey'... keeping u guessing ... driving u to the edge of sanity ( assuming that u have any left after loving someone mind body and soul)

well your quote also amply points out the dillemma of love's grey areas : the greys that keep u dangling b/w opposing emotions ... luv-hate-hate-luv... 2 sides of the same coin really ...

I think that applies well to what the main protagonists in KYPH: Zaib is hell bent on ruining Kripa for the supposed 'wrongs' she did against him : he hates her with a vengeance & yet the acceptances of his soul igniting love for her are 'torn' frm him at every given moment & with each gesture - no matter how fleeting it may be : be it the smoothing of her hair after nearly shocking her to death with his 'supposed molestation' act , or be it the longing look that he gives her once she places her hand on his heart during dumb charades or be it the shocked
(albeit well concealed) look at seeing her wedding ring being flouted under his nose - his extreme hatred stems from the fact that he (STILL) luvs her to the very depths of his soul, despite having 'purged ' everything abt his past identity.

On the flip side we have denial queen Kripa - who is again 'supposedly' hating zaib/ angad to the core of her being: But notice how deliciously wicked this 'Hatred' is: She hates him so much that she cannot stop the inadvertent clawing up of her hands when he mockingly kisses another woman's errant shoulder in her plain sight at the beach, nor the narrowing of her gaze when she sees him chivalrously plant a gallant kiss on Mishty madam's hand after gifting her in the mall , and get this weirdest thing of all : she is nearly mauled by him in an angry and very passionate confrontation where - get this - nothing less than her 'prized virtue' was as stake !!!!
And what does she do? Granted she runs out, visibly shaken up and all, with tears on her face - but what is the first thought that comes to her mind : Mujhey uss key liyay itna buraaa kyun lag rahaa hai??? Come again?? Uss key liyey ?? woman u r not thinking abt urself ... but abt him even now???!!!! Go figure! She puts him before herself !

And that my dear is precisely why I think ur excellent saying is tru : in hating each other sooo completely , they have both started luving each other even more fiercely & obsessively than before (i hadnt thought it was possible but what do I know!) so I guess the saying must be tru :
"When u love someone , u think abt them constantly - but when u hate them - u think abt them even more!!!!"

8) "I told myself that the time will come when I'll stop loving you and the distance we have, I'll forget you. But then I realized that since you left me, time had stopped and distance had no measure!"

In terms of Kripa, who tried and is still trying to forget Angad, the first sentence fits perfectly. In the second sentence somewhere deep inside she still feels for Angad and no matter what he is a part of her, which she will never be able to erase.

In Angad's situation (that is he was in jail and escaped to take revenge and all), the scene where he talks to Dadi, I feel that he really came back because he wants Kripa back. He may be angry with her for disbelieving him at a crucial moment and vows to forget her, but he still loves her and that's why he becomes a part of her life again to take his revenge.

As a whole, the quote applies to revamping their love-story all over again. It just seems relevant due to the current situation.
