"I carry your heart with me" is a reflection of love so divine,the words are raw, but pure in showing the true exsistance of what true love does to the heart of two lovers.

This poem is about one person who is desperately in love with another person. He is experiencing the intertwining of his soul with another person. Everything he does, says, thinks, and feels seems to be connected to her in some way and maybe even that he kept her in his mind...

I wish I could take the credit for this amazing poem, but I could never write something so great in a million years....a poet, I'm not.
