It is Mishti's birthday party. Naina reconciles with Kartik for her showdown with him. In the past Naina blamed Kartik that he was busy becoming a business magnate and earning so much money that he didn't inform her about Angad's death. She is now reconciled about Angad's death and she apologises to Kartik and tells him to move on in life. Zaib overhears this and is heartbroken. He pours his heart out to Dadi and tells her that I am a nobody – have no relations and I have nobody to care for me. Dadi now knows that he is Angad, but she does not reveal to anybody.
