Well.....
You guys let me down once again..... Feeling sorry for her is one thing.... And saying she deserves a punishment disproportionate to her "crime" is another thing.....
The poor thing certainly does not deserve so much of pain....
But I am Happy atleast some of you felt sorry for her.....
LJC007...... I loved the way you put forth Kripa's reasoning behind marrying Prithvi....
Obviously.... She could not stay on for ever with Angad's memories..... She just had to got forward in life....And she thought Prithvi would be an ideal companion....Nothing blasphemous in that....

It's hard to not feel sorry for Kripa! I feel as though she has already punished herself by marrying Prithvi! A lot of you say that Angad/Zeb has nothing to lose, and that is true, but I feel the same for Kripa! She has lost her one true love and at the same time gained that that that...sorry I have no words to describe Prithvi! 😡 She's stuck in a marriage that she will never be happy in and she knows that, for her heart will only remain with Angad. 😭

If Zeb can destroy Kripa and Prithvi's relationship, he'll be doing Krips a favour!

I read all the posts here. I thought, let me jot some of my views here. Ha, some of you may get angry, but this is just my view and is not intended to hurt anybody.

Let us consider all the episodes (from ep#1).

Kripa had blindly loved, adored, worshipped Angad.

First time, Angad's image was tarnished, when he signed on female body with lipstick. His "image" was shattered, when she found him with another girl on the same bed in the outhouse. She confronted him and slowly understood the "inner Angad" and brought the "real Angad" outside with lot of care and love and in the process she gave herself to him.

Her "emotions" were shattered when he alleged her to be a "public property" and disowned her and abused her. She became "emotionless". It was very difficult for her, who had lost everything, to re-kindle the emotions for Angad. Her love for Angad had never died, but only the emotions had died. Reversing this situation for a girl, is little difficult, but not impossible.

Yes, she came back to Angad. Following this, Prithvi's plots weakened some of the links.

She felt insecured over every small thing - like Josh taking away Angad's chances, Angad supporting and trusting Josh and Aaliya - but scolding Kripa, Simone entering the plot.

The insecurity is the other face of her deep love for Angad. The insecurity had stemmed from her earlier experiences till date.

She saw Simone in the room, she saw Josh near the room, next day Angad said that he committed a very big mistake without telling what the mistake was, Josh is killed, Angad is found near his dead body, Simone said that she slept with Angad, Angad accepted it (Earlier, Angad had not given Kripa a chance to know what the problem was and justify herself, but Kripa gave him the chance).

No woman can tolerate her love/hubby to be a "womanizer". She had seen Angad with girls before he met her, with Mishty after the breakup, now he has agreed about Simone's relation. This will shatter the "TRUST".

The "TRUST" is the foundation. In the event of earthquake, the foundation is shook, the building will collapse. Likewise, when the "TRUST" is shattered, the love, relationship, emotion, image, everything is strongly shook. She started putting the pieces together and found Angad to be guilty and not truthful.

If he is not truthful towards the one who loved him the most, how will she trust his words the second time that contradicts the first. Naturally, she feels that he may be telling lies about Simone, just to come out of the jail like he said he does not have any relation with Simone and later had relation with her (ACCEPTED BY ANGAD EARLIER). Moreover, the human nature is such, once you are proved that you were wrong and subsequently you are found to do the same mistake repeated over and over, one will start believing that everything you do is a mistake. If a person is once caught as a thief, next time, if something is lost/stolen/misplaced, you will doubt this person who was once found to be a thief, even if he has given up that act.

In the court, if I remember properly, she said "ho sakta hain" but not "Angad khooni hain". I felt, she said so, because she was shattered into pieces and did not want to see Angad again, so that she can try to forget the past. Her verdict delayed the justice, but did not prove him to be culprit. Moreover, in a court, to prove his innocense, somebody's words of opinion will not matter, but what matters is the "EVIDENCE". Even with the evidence, he was given the sentence, because, he was assumed to be "Accomplice".

Keeping all the above in view, I don't feel, Kripa is wrong.

She is married to Prithvi, but she is not his. Angad knows this and that is why he had a "smile" on his face when he saw her. He wants her back and that is the reason, he is making her feel jealous. Kripa also knows that Zeb is Angad and that is why she feels the pain when she sees him and she can feel his presence everywhere. She declared that he is Zeb in front of Police - she may be internally feeling that she needs his existance outside the jail - evident from her feeling when she heard that he died.

Angad may hurt her to take revenge, but I still feel that Angad, Mumbai police and Shabbir the lawyer have found that Prithvi is the murderer. And that is why the Mumbai police have told the lie that Angad died, and instead might have got the American passport for Angad in the name of Zeb, to get the cofession from Prithvi.

Thank you guys, I just feel sorry for Kripa the way you feel sorry for a frisky lamb getting his ears boxed for straying from the fold.

My worst fear is..............Angad/Zeb is not going to forgive Kripa, even if she apologizes....

Something terrible has to happen to Kripa to evoke Angad inside Zeb.

Wow Nitu. I'm running out of words to describe your writing. You have brought tears to my eyes with this post.


You have, in this post, brought back all the memories of why we love Kripa's character, why we identified with her, why we cried with her in the early days. We seem to, due to the current situation, have cast aside those early feelings.

So here's my two cents worth. I'm going to try and look at it from Kripa's point of view.

I guess it basically all comes down to her naivet and her wanting to see the good in everyone. That's her downfall, in this case.

She is still, deep down inside her somewhere, the innocent girl from Nainital, who came to Mumbai to see her idol, to see the rock star she fell in love with. She trusted his words from his interviews, like she trusted his "belief" in love, she saw only the "good" side, not thinking that it may all be just an image for the fans, and when that "good" was shown to be tainted, she faltered, until he changed because of her love.

The very same naivet had her seeing only the good in Naina, in Karthik, in Harshaini, in Simone.

She never once spoke against Naina (until she lost her child), as all she could see was a mother wanting the best for her son, a brother wanting the best for his brother. She trusted Harshani with the whole blackmail story, because she couldn't fathom that a friend would lie to her.

Even with Simone, she was jealous and hurt when Simone hugged Angad, but she looked for the good in Simone (not that there was much to begin with), and befriended her….Its that quality and naivet that had her accepting Simone's word when she told Kripa that she was just resting in Angad's hotel room.

It's that naivet that had her believing that Josh would want to kill Angad because, it was that naivet that had her believing the circumstantial evidence. She couldn't fathom anything else. She couldn't think about it being a conspiracy because she is unaware (for lack of a better word) of the wiliness and evil of people who hate.

So it's obvious that she is going to stand by Prithvi, that she is going to believe everything he says, as he has never shown her anything different then the "good" side of him. She has trusted him as a friend and a well-wisher. She hasn't seen any different, whereas she has seen the kinks in Angad's armor. She has seen Angad fall from grace one time too many.

After this is all said, don't get me wrong, I still think she did a major injustice by sending him to jail for a crime that he didn't commit. She, in my books committed a huge mistake marrying a man she didn't love, a man that she could never love, not in the way that a marriage is built on.

She has betrayed Angad by doing these things. To Angad, these two things are her ultimate betrayal, and she is going to be punished by Zeb for these betrayals. Does she deserve it….does she deserve the "hate-nuclear warefare" of Zeb, maybe not 100%, she deserves some of it because I do feel that Zeb / Angad deserves to get his own back for what was done to him, and at this point in time he holds Kripa solely responsible for that.

Forgetting what Zeb is going to do to Kripa, the biggest punishment to her will come the day she discovers that the beloved and trusted friend is a murderer, is behind the whole situation, is plain evil….she will hate herself, and should she give herself to him in marital rights, she will hate herself to the depths of her soul.

It is because of this that I feel sorry for her, because I can't begin to imagine what she will go through or what she will so should the truth come to light.

I hope I made some sense in this long rambling post.

not only sorry but I pity her too for the state she is in and her predicament...

i don't feel any sorry for so called kripa. i wish she gets to know the truth of angad as soon as possible and she regrets throughout her whole life but i guess even that would be less for her b/c she never believed on her love but she believed the whole world.

Again, now, when she felt sorry for angad's death he came in front of her with fake face?? and not recognising her!! She is
She cannot imagine who the actual culprit/murderer of Josh. She's still thinking that Angad might have done it, and now he's out of jail? She is in confused situation now. I feel she is more in disappointed state than hatred position.
I wish Angad aka Zeib doesn't hurt her more in the state of revenge.
