Bingo....you got what i was trying to get across with this poem.

Angad may be "dead", but Zeb has promises that he has to keep and miles to go to get to achieve his goals.....That's what I was thinking when this poem, well part of a poem, popped into my head.

Hmmmmm...u rock Hafsoo and that's why Nittoo adores you....

THE WOODS ARE LOVELY , DARK AND DEEP....

This could well mean that the object of Zeb's ire, Kripa...is as lovely as love...as deep as his own soul...and dark as a betrayer....

BUT I HAVE PROMISES TO KEEP........

This means that Zeb feels that he may be loving Kripa deep down...but he has to fulfill the promises of justice and payback that he has made to himself...

AND MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP.......

This means that Zeb will know no rest until the guilty face their Judgement Day....and his dignity is restored to him.....how long, he doesn't care....getting there is what matters to him.

very passionate views, very dreamily put across. but i still can't buy that angad/zeb is calm. from all that we saw, i still think that he has deadly intent and raging fires - which sort of fits with what nitica might be saying. angad/zeb is filled with terrible focus (which only angad can do so very well!). but i don't think obsessive focus=calm resolve. behind those very large shades, there is a raging, obsessive man waiting to wreak revenge on his foes. it'd have fit if there was only resolve in angad's heart, but this is something too fierce for that.

for me, robert frosts poem is very antithesis of revenge. so i can't think of this coming remotely close to applying to a mad beast like angad/zeb. last two paise from me, i promise. 😆

btw, has anyone seen the profundity in the names: angad and zeb - a and z. a, the letter that begins, and z, that which ends the alphabet. as it will be for the kyph story? it just struck me as i was writing this post! are kyph writers trying to be profound?? 😲 -esther

Profound and the Ekta / balaji team don't go together, but thanks for pointing out the profundity of the names....never took notice of it.

I guess it all begins and ends with Angad / Zeb. Literally and figuratively...both for having a say as to what happens to Kripa, and as to having an effect on us all.

estee.... i dont think that the deep and dark and lonely part has to do with calm....
hurt when its real deep can fuel the most destructive rage,the kind in which u go about with cold blooded ruthlessness destroying and toying with the ppl who'v wronged u....(oohh wow..thats dramatic...applaude for myself.!!) but i guess we all interpret things differently 😊
