veena is remembering sujal when cg comes and tells er that swayam will be punishd, veena says that tushar remids her of sujal in so many ways
outside the court, swyam tells him lawyer that maybe he shud try to get some more time and that wil give them an oportunity to save him. rishi comes there ans says that extra time will not save swyaam since this is a closed case. swayam tells that u must be ready to which rishi replies that he has his lagaan team ready.
afetr swyam leaves tusahar comes there and tells rishi not to celebrate b4 they actually win. rishi sees archita and goes after her(for a change archita was looking decent tday) he asks her if she is still upset but she saya that she doesnt care to get upset. he says that he did all that for her, he fell blindly in love with her but archita tells him not to bother her and leaves.
the case starts and tushar's lawyer shows swayam's friends' sketches to the judge and tries t prove that they are related to swayam. but swayam's lawyer objects and says that many ppl meet swyam everyday and they cant rely on just photos(i dont see the point in calling witneses when they have his confession tape) the lawyer then calls kash and aks her to narrate everything that happened when sujal died(and what good wud that do, swyam wasnt there when that happenned, was he???) swayam's lawyer cross-examines her and her testimony does not seem efective(it was all in silent mode, so i dont know why it was not effective)
then tushasr's lawyer shows the confession tape to the court and the judge decides to give his decision after a break. during the break cg comes to rewa and tells her that he is ashamed that he ever had any rishat with her and if he had a gun with him, he wud have shit swayam himself. rewa is shocked to hear this(is rewa actually happy that her son had someone else murdered, what kind of a mother is she??)
the judhe is about to give his decision when swayam snatches a gun forma constable and points at the judge, he goes upto the judge and threatens him that if he(J) doen not sign the paper saying swayam is innocent, he will kill him,(the judge is sweating like a pig) he threatens him again and when the judge is abou to sign, swayam puts thegun down saying hthat this is how rishi threatened him to confess. he requests him to replay the tape and points to rishi putting his hand in his pocket and says that he was holdong a gun and wud have killed swaym
rishi gets mad and attcaks swayam but the police take him awya. tushar comes up and stops rishi
