If someone attacking u through pms only then why not u block them. It is a simple process....
All u have to do is go to the buddylist of pm service and enter the member's id of which u do not want to get pm from and set the option to allow this member "Not to message me"
This way u will be able to block them. I donot think even if having the blocking option, there is no point to complaing about them on the forum and spoil others mood
