| Amid talk and confirmation by Rajeev Garewal that he is negotiating a comeback to 'Sujal' in the near future, Foray conducted a poll on whether the viewers wanted him as a hot cop in Time Bomb or as Sujal. As many as 63 per cent pitched for him as the choco love boy. | ||

| The replacement, Gurpreet, feels he is in command. "I knew Rajeev had carved an image in everyone's mind. It was a challenge to replace that and create a new one. I think I have achieved that". Perhaps, Gurpreet does not know that 52 per cent of the viewers we took the poll are yet to accept him as Sujal. "He is an atrocious replacement," said Aarti. Ria Dutta seconds: "That hunk (Gurpreet) is nowhere near Sujal. He is a plastic boy without emotions". Says businessman Atul Sethi who is regular with KTH: "With the new Sujal something has gone missing in the serial." | ||
| So what exactly was it that viewers liked so much about Rajeev? Some swore by his looks, others went for his overall personality. Seventy eight per cent said they liked Rajeev because of the chemistry he shared with his KTH co-star Amna Sharif. His fan Rajesh Anada says: "This couple reminded me of the Kumar Gaurav and Vijayeta Pandit pair in Love Story. They look great together. That is missing in the new pair". The jodi has been acknowledged by Star Screen Awards three times in a row. | ||
| However, Amna doesn't seem to be missing the original Sujal: "We have to move on. It is wrong to brand an actor with a particular role. Gurpreet is a good actor and, given time, he will do well in the serial." But what if other replacements are considered? The most popular vote in such a scenario goes to Rohit Roy with 43% respondents wanting him as Sujal in case Rajiv dos not win back the role. Rohit, of course, wouldn't be happier. "I would be delighted. Rajeev was a good actor but I fit the bill too," he says. | ||

The only thing tht upset me in the article was tht ting abt rajeev's downfall when he chose 2 play varun....I dunno abt others...but I think he is apt 4 varun....he plays varun really well.....its just tht he was so brilliant as sujal tht the image is stuck in our head....much lik SRK.....u'd always associate SRK wit the lovey-dovey Raj n Rahul roles he did!
GOD! This GUrpreet has a really big galatfami!.....I liked the comments made by the public abt him though...
There's a section tht states raj is negotiating his return in KTH....I'd love tht 2 happen....after watching the latest twist in Kkusum, I'm sure Ekta Mai can do anything 2 twist the story 2 suit her n the audience!
