how i stay sexy/Rajeev Khandelwal
I am against food like burgers and pizzas, but I like samosas
He is one of the biggest, hottest and sexiest stars of television today. Sujal of Balaji Telefilms, Kahiin Toh Hoga, Rajeev Khandelwal, is the latest heartthrob to hit the Indian TV screen.
Women swoon over his dark, brooding looks, lust after his handsome face and athletic body, and many find his acting mannerisms similar to Rajesh Khanna.
We take a peek into what goes behind the making of such a sexy physique of this self-professed "health fanatic."
No pure yellow stuff
"I keep healthy by eating healthy. There should be nutrient and nutrition in the food that you eat.
I am basically a vegetarian.
Apart from workouts and building up a fit body you should be healthy from the inside too.
I don't eat anything that is pure yellow. (Referring to foods high on cholesterol.)
No to junk food
Junk food is an absolute no-no for me. And this is not just now but I have been like this for the last eight years. I have a sweet tooth.
I am against food like burgers and pizzas. But I eat samosas. That's the only food I indulge in sometimes.
An hour's workout
I used to work out more earlier, but because of my shooting schedules I have stopped going to the gym for the last three months.
I would work out one to one and a half hour every day.
I am more into cardio than muscular exercises. Personally I am not into heavy weights.
Prefer natural exercise
I believe it is more necessary to have an athletic body rather than a muscular one. I was into gymnastics and swimming earlier, so I am more into those kind of exercises.
I love jogging, push-ups, anything that is a natural form of exercise.
When I don't work out or exercise, I compensate with physical labour. Like climbing up the stairs to my flat or walking from my shoot to home."
DIET CHART
BREAKFAST:
Muesli/cornflakes with a little bit of milk, egg whites, sausages and sprouts.
LUNCH:
Is full of salads and vegetables. I hate rice.
In the evening I don't like snacking unless someone offers me something.

HEALTH TIPS
Good health is very important to me. It is the only investment that you make in your life. And it is important to maintain good health all through your life.
However much you earn you can't enjoy it if you don't have good health.
Look for nutrition in whatever you eat. Also when you eat something that is not good for health, balance it out with something healthy. For example, when I eat samosas I balance it out by eating an amla or sprouts.
