Gurpreet is accident-prone
Gurpreet Singh's car met with an accident on the same day that he was discharged from hospital

It was barely a few hours after he had been discharged from hospital when actor Gurpreet Singh managed to find himself in the midst of yet another problem. On Sunday evening, he was driving down with his wife Kanishka when his car (a Ford Ikon) rammed into an oncoming vehicle on SV Road. "It was a silver Honda City," reminisces Gurpreet.
The actor, who is better known as Sujal however isn't the least bit surprised. Like wife Kanishka points out, "Gurpreet is accident-prone. In the last one year he has met with three accidents and has injured himself several times. One of the scariest accidents was the one that he had while riding his bike."
Talking about the car accident she says, "Gurpreet was discharged on Sunday morning and the horrible accident occured the same evening. Thankfully neither of us suffered any serious injuries."
She continues, "Our parents are extremely worried about us, especially about Gurpreet. Nothing seems to be going right these days."
The vehicle, of course, is in extremely bad shape. "It is completely crushed and it will cost a bomb to repair it. I was really attached to it. And I'm feeling bad that it's destroyed," says Kanishka. Meanwhile the couple has already placed an order for another car.
And no, they aren't taking any action against the other driver. Why? "No one does these things intentionally. Initially I thought that the other driver was drunk. But he wasn't. It was an accident and both our cars have incurred damages. We settled it amicably between ourselves," Kanishka assures.
