Yes its true, she was going to get married to Swayam and engaged to Akshat.

2. If so y nd how?

She had to marry Swayam(I forget how, someone please tell) But I think that she had to get married to Akshat or Swayam to save the Garewals.

3. And is dat da reason Charu has a grudge against her own sister?

hey kashish fakes an enagagement with akshat to stop swayam auctioning the garewals and raheja property, but he found out and she had to marry him, but tushar stoped the wedding as he loved her, and in return he stoped kashish and tushar wedind becoz he found out that tushar hi sujal hai, but didnt tel ne 1 hoped that helpd!!!

lollz KTH is thge best regardless of what any1 says i ove it!!! charu hates kashish becoz swayam manipulated her in2 believing that kashish is out to ruin her happiness and this 'jharu' has believed him evr since and bechari kashish has done everything to support including giving up her pyar, sujal for her!!!!
