tushar reaches home and charu is there waiting for him.she tells him that inspite of doing so much for kash, she is adamant about punishing u-she is truly an ungrateful person. tushar tells her not to start that opic since that have discused it b4. the court doesnt care about whatr charu thinks but will decide according to the proof. charu say that that she repeats all this so that tushar will understand kash. he sasy that u keep reminding of the things i want to forget. i just want u think about urself and the baby. charu appologises to tushar and that shw has full faith in him. he sasy that he is hungry and wants to have dinne rwith her. charu says that not much food is there. he tells her to bring whatever is htere. when she nribgs out the food, he has set the table and also they feed wach other(its a cute scene until...) suddenly tushar starts thinking about kash. he is lost when charu notices but tushar comes out of his daze and continues having dinner
he is court and his lawyer tells him to be carefull and answer the questions properly otherwise they will lose thw cae. the garewals also reach and akshat aks them where kash is. veena says that kash wanted somemore time and decided to come in another car(maybe kash wanted more time to finish her makeup). akshat tells her to call kash and tells her to be htere on time. veena calls her and kash say that she will there son(wow i saw my cutie pie after such a long and he was looking horrible).
kash is in the car when charu calls her. she tells kash that she knew kash wud not carry out her responsibilites properly. she sasy that she knows kash will speak against tushar and will not care that her decision will ruin charu, tuhar and their baby;s lives(how conviniently she uses that non-existing baby everytime) charu says that maybe i shud die and this way u will without fighting and disconnects.
everbody is waiting for kash in court and askaht is getting restless. the judge enetrs and tells them to proceed. akshat comes and ask for more time his client is still not there. the court gives him 10 mins
after 10 mins judge tells htme to procedd. akshat says that kash is still not there and that they shud get another date. the defense lawyer obviously objects and asks thw judge not to waste time and decide today. he then aks to present his proofs. akshat objects but the judge does not listen.
kash reaches charu's home but cannot find her. she enters a a room and finds charu unconscious. she tries to wake her up but is unable to do so. she call sfor an ambulance
here in court everybody is watching the tape with raghu and kash. the defence lawyer says that his client did not do anything worng. nfact it was kash who tried to entice him. akshat objects but it is overruled. the lawyer maligns kash character by saying that 'paap'is in her mind and cud not see charu's hapiness and masterminded this whole rape plan. tushar finally tells him to stop and say that he will tell everyone the truth
kash brings her to the hospital. the doc tells her that she has eaten something poisonous and the poison has spread to the body and she will be under observation for 24 hirs.
here tushar tells everyone that his lawyer has been lieing. he tells them that even though kash was unstable that night, he was stable but he did not think. he is the responsible for that night and wants the court to punish him. akshat immediatley gets up and tells the court to decide since tushar admitted everything. the jugdge is about to rule when kash arrives. she sasy that b4 he says something, shwe wants to say somehting. when kash is walking to the stand, she is thinking of everything charu said. she reaches the stand and that where the episode ends
